Scent fades quickly.

Cool thing to have but it seems like the scents are watered down. I’ve had 3 so far and the smell lasts maybe 20-30 min. Pretty disappointing. Might cancel for this reason. My money is worth scents that last.

Unexpected charge, no refund

I was charged unexpectedly even after already paying for my first order. The last item I received was a compensation product, so this new charge made no sense.

Support refused to refund and only canceled the subscription afterward. Very disappointing experience. Not transparent billing.

BUYER BEWARE...SCAM COMPANY!!!

Scentbird, please refund my money or else I'm going to the press and will file a lawsuit. Others are having the same problems. The website is very confusing and the cancellation process is absurd. You all keep sending AI responses. I want to talk with someone.
