After ordering my glaze I was kept informed as to when it would be delivered. I would definitely use Scarva again.

8 bags of Ashraf Hannah clay and some glaze. Good discount on volume and got here in one delivery in proper boxes which were whole. Ordered before from a better value supplier and the package came in two pieces in destroyed bags. Clay seems very fresh too. Good delivery time. p.s. the Ashraf clay is incredible stuff

I had an issue with some glaze containing loads of plastic. Scarva reported it to the manufacturer and sent me a replacement pot.

Poor customer service from Brendan. Didn't answer all questions and had to be prompted to give a full answer. Even then the response was vague. The final email I received was a sarcastic response and not appropriate.

The service I received from Brendan at Scarva was great. He helped me with a few things and I really appreciate it. The delivery was good and everything packaged so well.

Over the last 4 months we purchased numerous items including a kiln and wheel from Scarva. Communication regarding delivery could not be better and we were able to pick the day the kiln arrived which was very helpful and in December. The kiln was cheaper than anywhere else, other companies who claimed they would price match said they could not. Due to bad weather the wheel was later than expected- Scarva surprisingly compensated with extra clay even though they have no control over weather! Very much appreciated. I highly recommend Scarva, professional, good communication and a pleasure to buy from :)
