Best pasta I have ever eaten in London. It is so convenient you can have it delivered home for a quick and delicious meal 😋 great quality and real Italian experience. Highly recommended to everyone who's looking for tasty and extraordinary food!

Appalling.

I placed an order a week ago. It has not arrived. Very disappointed - it was a present and we'd ordered for a special occasion. Service from the team suggests they simply do not care.

I have just been to the CW branch. The service was awful! It was busy but a few times we asked the waitress for a menu and she got side tracked and quite frankly seemed to be taking her time with everything.

We ordered drinks, they got the order wrong and it was one of the worst drinks I have ever had, they did on request cut the price of that is half with no argument. I asked for tap water and needed to wait for 20 mins

The food was also substandard, the pasta I had went cold quickly and tasted like rubber.

It’s such a shame as it was nice to be out after what seems like a long detention, but the service and food was so bad I could not wait to get back home again!

I liked dining here. Staff members are always friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean.

Excellent fresh pasta, easy to cook and feels like a restaurant experience. Beautifully packaged with a handwritten note with the order gives it a personal touch. Great value for money. We are thinking of ordering as gifts for friends as it’s a lovely relaxing mealtime experience.

Our second order from these masters of Italian was as delicious as the first, the pasta is sublime, and the hand written card in the box is a nice touch. We love Italy, but this is the next best thing. Keep up the excellent work!

Scarpetta went above and beyond. Our previous order had delivery issues, and they generously sent us a complimentary order to make up for this. The food arrived safely this time and everything was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed by the entire family. I highly recommend Scarpetta!

Overpriced stoggy slop in a bag or two.
Little or no meat content and nothing like photos.
“Customer service” couldn’t give a hoot . I wrote to them complaining and they said ... something must have gone wrong ..... and that was that 🤷‍♀️

Definitely recommend. Decided to treat myself for my birthday. Easy to follow instructions and restaurant quality food. Really felt like we were eating out. Couldn’t choose a favourite. And as a vegetarian there were lots of options for me. Will be ordering again soon

Bought this as a present. My daughter and her partner absolutely loved every element including the espresso martini. Hassle free ordering and delivery. Highly recommended.

He absolutely loved them !!!

The pasta were too hard and tough and rubbery for our liking and for its quality it is over priced - we will stick to our local Italian deli whose freshly made pasta are more to our taste. Will not order again.

I must be on to my 4th order and absolutely love it, definitely a regular now.
