I apologised and refunded you within minutes of your order as soon as I realised that the TV unit that had been reduced to half price had already sold. I even sent you links to where you could find the product elsewhere. As I explained to you at the time the product was available but the cost of buying it in would have cost over £100 more than the clearance price you paid on the website. I couldn’t have been more open and transparent with you. You must be the only person in the whole country so entitled as to think any business , even more so a small independent one which has been closed for 8 months could afford to sell products for over £100 less than they pay for them. When we have our clearance sales, they are just that! Real Bargains!

mirror for a pressie
Ordered a mirror for a pressie. Didn’t have the one I wanted, upon collection, but I’m hoping it’ll be ok with the person I’m gifting it to (she loved mine so much). Fingers crossed . . . !

Amazing little business
Amazing little business, I’m always picking things up for gifts for people in here and the lady who owns it is very welcoming and loves the talk about the origin of her items and is really helpful! 10/10 every time

Friendly and helpful every time
It is so easy to order online from Scape and to arrange click and collect for a Friday or Saturday. The lady even contacted me to say she would be in the shop on Monday morning if I’d like to collect then, ahead of schedule. I love everything in the shop and the staff are lovely.
