The scam happened with me -
The registered for 1$ trial. Didn't use the service during free trial. Got 200$ debit on my account by them. They didn't refund and I became part of their scam structure just like every other 1 star review here. But I am here to fight it because there were no notices, and the SaaS is broken. And their Terms of Service is designed to scam people and protect their brand from refunds.
Even after contacting them, they refuse to refund and stick to their deceptive terms of service.

Disclaimer : The given text is a documentation regarding what the business and founder is involved with after researching all the trust-pilot reviews and their social media presence. This is in no manner written for Defamation or to cause harm. But rather to stop others from getting harm (financially, mentally and emotionally).

1. The Trap Explained:

Firstly, the Business registers you for a 1$ Trial for 14 days, and after 14 days it bills you 200$ WITHOUT NOTICE. (No refunds will be issued)

Why the 14 days period? Because European Business have to follow 14 days period to refund upon cancellation of a contract. So this business start the contract with 1$ for 14 days, and on 15th day, it Debits you 200$ so you cannot refund it. Even if you dislike the 14 day trial or don't even use it because the SaaS app is complicated to use. (Trap Complete)

They will just claim that it's their contract and you have "authorized" the 200$ payment when paying 1$ for 14 day free trial.

2. No Prior Notice with broken platform

Lack of Email Notification before end of trial. Means no cooling-off reminder. (Dark Pattern, Surprise Billing)

3. Their Terms of Service is deceptive

They say all the billing is non-refundable (because the 14 day trap protects them legally) and also if you chargeback, they will hold you accountable and can lodge a legal action against you.

Basically they want to hold the power and not refund.

Typically not what a reputable SaaS business does. And their terms of Service can never override a consumer's rights.
(Means if you never use a service you paid for, you can refund as service was not delivered)

But their terms are set up to avoid it. And this is where the scam happens. Because the service is broken and incomplete and that's why we ignore it in the trial phase only.

4. Payment Provider Disclosure
When collecting card details, there is no where mentioned which payment provider are they using. (Upon using browser developer tools, I found it is Stripe)
We can report it to stripe.

5. Fake Reviews.
Their instagram is dead since 1 year. The founder is inactive on Linkedin since past 7~8 months. Their YouTube channel has 2 subscribers and 2 videos from 1 year ago. They claim 25,000+ happy customers but half of the 70 revies on trust pilot just say scam.

Deceptive and Fake Marketing. Fraudulent method of onboarding new clients. (We can report this)

7. Broken SaaS
Their website is just broken. It's made using bubble.io (a no-code platform) which can never deliver what they promise. Deceptive ad based Marketing lead us all to buy 1$ free trial, and silently they used the card information to bill 200$ which is non-refundable. Even when trying to access invoices, the SaaS app doesn't work. You cannot access invoices, you cannot do many things.
(We can report this to governing bodies to make strong claim for our refunds. Because when the SaaS isn't what they promised, the contract don't hold it's value.

Conclusion -
A scam model designed to lock in your money by avoiding 14 day European Laws by starting the contract 14 days before with 1$ and billing 200$ on the 15th day so it becomes non-refundable. Tricky way to dodge refunds, because the founder knows people will refund because it's neither worth 200$/month nor it's working. And it's backed by false claims and mislead advertisements.

Even when you try to access the invoice on their website, nothing loads. Just Scummy People with their Scam Business Model.

NEVER BUY THEIR 1$ TRIAL. IT'S A SCAM.

The founder even blocked me on LinkedIn

They even tried to take down my last review because I mentioned the name.

If you want to find the name of the founder, just search up the linkedin, or just google the company which billed your debit card and find it's registration details.

BE AWARE OF THIS SCAMSTER.

Zero ROI, missing deliverables, and admitted data loss.
I engaged this company for an outreach service after paying several invoices. Despite months of communication, the core deliverables were never validated. The only file received was an editable spreadsheet with no traceable source or verification.

The company later admitted losing key data, including domains and emails used for the project, which destroyed all performance evidence. When asked for documentation—such as the original system exports, monthly reconciliations, and an incident report—they refused to cooperate.

I have submitted all correspondence, invoices, and evidence to my legal representatives in multiple jurisdictions for formal review. This statement reflects my direct experience and documented facts.

This company engages in deceptive practices by attracting customers with a $1 promotional offer, only to later impose a recurring $199 monthly charge for a low-quality service. They employ misleading design tactics and obscure terms in fine print to exploit users. I’ve initiated a formal dispute with my credit card provider to address this fraudulent activity. Exercise caution when interacting with them.

Beware of this company, they setup traps in their sales funnel.
Their lead magnet is all about 1$ offers, then with a single click on their website, you get charged 99$ or more.

This company is nothing but a trap. They lure you in with fake promises that aren’t worth a cent. First, they bait you with “discounted” items that look like one-time deals – but the catch is buried deep in their shady UX. Without realising it, you’re tricked into a recurring subscription you never intended to sign up for.

Once you’re enrolled, they quietly charge your card without proper notice, and when you ask for a refund – even if you never used their so-called product – they refuse, hiding behind their “policies.”

Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews you see online – they’re fake, planted to trick people into trusting them. Real customers like me are left with empty wallets, frustration, and nothing of value in return.

Make no mistake: this is not a professional company. It’s a scam operation dressed up as a business. They treat accidental purchases as free money, with no care, no accountability, and absolutely no respect for customers. Their product is worthless, their practices are disgusting, and their entire approach screams greed and no ethics.

Every minute spent with them is wasted potential and lost money. Avoid them at all costs. Don’t fall for the trap.

Fake product and Review here on the platforn: Don't give your card details to them. It's a Fakeception and clickbait funnel to sign up, never deliver on the product or subscription. No trial was provided, no email of payment, or account or login was shared, just your card details and their payment gateway is what they care. Wrote to them and they are saying on one day of payment they have incurred cost to their business and can't refund. Seems like someone just started a SaaS business for the first time without having a functional product and onboarding process. Wants our money to build the product now.

Totally scam and subscribe bait, i didn't purchase any monthly plans and services, they claim they offer free 14 days trail which I don't know they exist, and ask for refund after a min they charged me, they says if over 14 days, it cannot be refund.

in Short: don't buy anything from them, and blacklist them for good.

This is my all-time worst software experience...and I am a junkie. :-) The system didn't work. The only support you get is an email that say we will get back to you in 4 days...and they never do. It was all marketing hype. I should have trusted the other 1 star reviews. It isn't inexpensive, and they keep adding fees onto it. Run...don't walk from this. Sorry Founders...do better and I will give you a better review.

This is really awful. They run a SaaS business, but don't have a cancellation section, even for changing other credit cards. And when I wrote to them, they even answered me. Really disappointed.

Why are they forcing a commitment, that's not even the worst part. It's that they don't mention how there done-for-you offer requires you to buy domains. It's the fact that you aren't transparent about this in your sales video, but you were about how all you need is $1 dollar, oh and yeah, why can't I unsubscribe from your website. If it was possible to give you zero stars I would

9.5/10 - I've been playing around with this outreach tool for a bit over a week and have been very positively surprised by how complete the tool is. Everything has been thought of from getting leads, to their automatic setup process of email accounts & domains (they only charge 4.5 USD per Google workspace email and do all of the technical DKIM etc setup for you as well), their rich personalization options, and their unibox & CRM features. Still some small things I would like to have added/improved like some more advanced reporting features, would be great if that's added to the roadmap

Like many of you I got scammed by these well put together con artists. I got reeled in by the $1 promo then they billed me $200 earlier than they should've.

To top it off, the software does not work at all. The support email returns as it does not exists.

ps: if you're reading this trying to convince yourself to get the software that'll change the situation of your business, this isn't it trust me. all the other "amazing product" reviews are probably not even real. don't waste your time and money

Total Crap

I tried to scrap leads from Apollo and it says 10-15 mins but after running it all day long I got nothing and it cost my credits as well. will not recommend to anyone. they are just cheaters.

I paid the dollar from their massive campaign from FB.

They said I'll get a URL as well as the invoice via email ( nothing ).

I try to login -> It redirects me to bubble, cause the app overgrown, so the app don't allow more uers to be embarked ( pay your subscriptions you cheap skates )

In case you don't know (you, the potential user), Bubble is a platform where you can't deliver as much tailored solutions as this shit app guarantee ( I didn't knew it was made on bubble till login )

If you still wanna try, to on your own risk, with a one-time disposable card, and be ready to create disputes, that's what I do now, cause it's not about the Dollar Stolen, but about the campaigns and everything being a huge scam.

Stay away from them, don't deserve anything.
