I was impressed how quickly and efficiently Scale Model Scenery supplied a replacement backscene in the correct scale after the original turned out to be in a different scale from my TT120 layout.

Having dealt with Scale Model Scenery Ltd., before and after the above, I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I received an email offering me discount as it was my birthday. I ordered a few items and they arrived, well packed and in good time. I was most impressed with the small building kit “Jack’s Hut”. The detail and choice of finishes is way beyond my expectations.

Wanted to find a good timber load for a truck diorama I’m making of my late dad’s old workplace and scale model scenery popped up first. Delighted with the item and will probably be ordering more soon. Very prompt delivery to Ireland too.

Efficient and prompt. Nice quality cutting mat

A trustworthy, friendly company that provides excellent quality products.

Excellent company to deal with. Superb products relating to model railways and dioramas which look so realistic.
Great service too and lots of advice and tutorials on the website.
Have recently purchased a 00 gauge water tower kit and a 1960s garage kit which will go really well with other purchases from Scale Model Scenery.

Great telephone comms. Good packaging. Prompt dispatch

Great service excellent response when I made a big error on an order. Order was corrected and a refund issued all in 24 hours.
On top of all that a weekly news letter with great tips and inspiration.

As always with SMS Ltd great service and super products.

I always have excellent service, wonderful products, very reasonable prices, quick dispatch, easy to use website and wonderful customer service. 10 out of 10 every time.

Needed a background for my Bus layout. Found this on line. Very pleased with the quality and has given my layout a much better appearance. This product was delivered in a strong tube, so was in excellent condition when I received it.

Easy to order and delivered within timeframe. Excellent product exactly what I needed.

Once again, the delivery of the items ordered was quick (especially, considering the problems we've had lately with the Post Office deliveries), and the quality of the items (for my O Gauge layout) is excellent. I would recommend this company very highly!
(My wife kept the parcel for my Birthday on Sunday!)

Reasonably easy to order. Clear description of products you are viewing. Quick delivery, easy checkout. Good products.

Good product, reasonable price. Cost of postage questionable.
