Santa Barbara Computer Repair " PC Mechanic" Anmeldelser

Ramsin has helped us out so many ways in the last year. He sorted out our home network and wireless setup. He fixed a dead computer. Recently he built two beefy workstations using parts he had us order from Amazon. We had the computers within 7 days and the cost was close to half that of online custom boxes. He has been super responsive, professional and his prices are reasonable.

PC Mechanic is Santa Barbara's 'Go To' computer professional.
I have come to depend on Ramsin's computer expertise, availability and outstanding services for several years now, and can highly recommend him. I have consistently found him extremely knowledgeable and able to quickly locate, define and correct my computer problems whether it is simply a slow computer, a nasty virus, or that someone has taken over my computer. He is sincere, patient, kind and a great communicator, as well as a reliable troubleshooter and motivated, trustworthy repair technician. Why not give him a try!

Ramsin of PC Mechanic is knowledgeable and honest. He has helped me a number of times and a few of those times free of charge (including my first visit with him).

When I needed to upgrade my old laptop and search for a new one, Ramsin gave me options and suggestions understanding my limited budget and needs. He spent extra time explaining to me alternatives and was patient with my questions. Since, he has helped me with ridding of a virus, computer protection and maintenance. Every visit is not only helpful, but educational.

Thank you Ramsin, I will be calling you again and would recommend you to anyone with computer and/or "IT" needs!

Great work at a great price. Friendly and trustworthy!

He has always been very helpful to us. We can always count on him to fix our problems promptly.

Ramsin is very professional, kind, and knowledgable! I am a repeat customer and have had great experiences every time!

The true DIY tech guru that I needed to diagnose and fix a weird problem I had with my PC tower. Very obscure issue, he took a look at it and had some helpful suggestions. His first suggestion fixed the problem! Thank you very much, Ramsin! Will definitely come back if I have further tech/troubleshooting needs.

Ramsin is the best IT professional in SB County! Besides his talent for computers and tech, he is also extremely personable, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I couldn't be happier to have worked with him and will continue to do so as long as he's available.

5 stars: Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Having read Trustpilot guidelines, they attribute value to services rendered. I've read all the posted reviews and I wholeheartedly agree with their evaluation of his expertise. I've been with Ramsin about 3 years and have never been technically disappointed. Moreover, I've found a friend. Ramsin meets me at the curb, unloads my computer, helps me up the stairs and sees to my comfort before even starting on my computer problems. His memory of my computer history and social history is faultless. He's suggested "no charge" solutions to my son's business in Illinois and via "Teamviewer" has solved a few glitches "off the books". Sadly for his bottom line, I don't get to see him often enough. Too bad he is so good!

We have used Ramsin on several occasions, and couldn’t be happier with his knowledge and level of service. He always arrives on time, diagnoses the problem and provides a cost-efficient “fix.” He is a pleasure to work with, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to solve any computer or wi-fi problem.

Ramsin the Computer expert is THE BEST expert who is extremely well versed with many technical platforms yet patient with great advice. He is most professional, kind and of course reasonable. He helped me recover priceless photos off an old system while providing speed to my new system. He even helped put my old system to a needy local school! No sense to look for others as he conducts business how I wish all did ;)

I'm so glad I chose Ramsin to fix my computer. I had a pesky software virus that I couldn't remove, and Ramsin was able to not only remove it, but showed me how to take care of it in the future. I believe Ramsin is a genuine, sincere and very knowledgeable PC mechanic, and I would recommend him to anyone.

We have used Ramsin twice, once he came to the house to straighten out a mess caused by another tech and once to get a hard drive crash dealt with where we brought our computer to him to save on the service call fee. He is very competent but if you do not ask the right questions he may assume that you know more than you do so ask lots of questions.

Great service, very knowledgeable, reasonable prices and fast turn-around.

Ramsin is very helpful keeping my computers working. He has helped my son and I with our computers and sold me a good working notebook for my wife as well. He always comes to our office and takes care of any problems we might have. I wholeheartedly recommend SB Computer Repair.

Ramsin is both professional and personable. He has helped me on more than one occasion with desktops and laptops that I wanted to upgrade, and he has never disappointed me. I trust him to do a good job at a fair price. Whatever your computing needs, go see Ramsin!

Ramsin is efficient and prompt with whatever repairs or computer replacements are necessary. I appreciate how he goes out of his way to be helpful, and I trust his advice regarding software and antivirus programs. He has replaced a couple of my computers and has even been able to work on an old Windows 98 computer with Wordperfect 5.1 that I use for medical transcription.

Thankfully I don't have many computer issues, but when I do, it's comforting to know that I can turn to Ramsin. He always has solutions which do not cost an arm and a leg and are very practical. Like when Carbonite decided they were not going to provide software for hard drive cloning, Ramsin turned me on to Acronis and he helped me to switch my antivirus software from NAV to ESET (which I find just as good at keeping viruses at bay and less intrusive than NAV).

He restored my computer from an old slow pile of crap to one that is so fast I can't keep up and at a very great rate. I will only go back to pcmechanic going forward! Thank you!

Excellent service, fast, reasonable priced, and professional. He's my tech guy, and I consider myself a tech guy :)
