I am over all happy with the process

I am over all happy with the process, even there were some issues with getting done in a timely manner. However I would like a paper copy mailed to me.

Terrible no communication was wuotrd…

Terrible no communication was wuotrd 140.00 monthly. Came back at 452.00 took payment know won’t give money back for 3 weeks. I cancelled never do business with again I will tell everyone.

documents are time consuming

Documents were sent three different times. Would have saved a lot of time, if the paperwork was complete the first time. Printing documents, filling them out, scanning them and sending back is a process for the average person at home.

Reimbursement

My agent, Randall, was excellent. I am now waiting for reimbursement of a payment I made on my old policy on 21 January in the amy of $293.00. I was told it could take several months ??? Really?? Can you help assist in anyway for me? Thank you!

Jack Raycroft first reached out to me…

Jack Raycroft first reached out to me in Dec '24, that the term policies for my wife and I would expire in Feb '25. This gave us plenty of time to get new policies in place (blood tests, underwriting, etc). When the Holidays came and my interests switched to things of more interest than insurance, Jack provided gentle encouragement not to wait too long. We got both policies done and in place by Feb 7.

Great rates and straight forward process!

I worked with Randall and he did a great job. The process was straight forward and I’m happy with the rate overall, which is the biggest thing at the end of the day.

Agent Michael Hall was very Good

Agent Michael Hall was very Good! However I am still waiting to get a confirmation that my automatic payments are all set! I got a confirmation email, but Agent was supposed to confirm it too!

It took almost 6 months

It took almost 6 months, I wanted to pay in full my check was sent back. I was given no access to my plan for an online account (my husband was when he signed up) the only way to make it go through was to agree to an auto payment which I now have to pay quarterly instead of how I originally wanted to. It’s basically been a mess.

Chaos, incompetence and indifference

My husband had purchased a Life Insurance policy from SBLI for my son back in the early 80’s. My husband passed away in December 2023. I am the beneficiary after my husband’s death and have been trying to get the policy transferred to my name since February’24. It is almost a year now and no resolution. I filled out the form exactly according to their instructions where they specified that I should leave blank the space where the original owner (my husband) was supposed to sign and sign under new primary owner. I followed their instructions. After a long silence I get a letter from them dated November 19, 2024 that the original owner (my husband) who is dead, should sign and date the Ownership and Beneficiary change form that I filled out. It can’t get more absurd than that. This began in February of 2024 and I am still waiting for a resolution to transfer the ownership to my name. I would think twice before giving them any business.
