Made several purchases before Christmas. Had to return one as was too large as do not have sizing on the website but after a couple of emails I was able to return this free of charge a refund received.

I ordered jewellery as a gift for Christmas (early) and received notification my delivery was on it s way on 1st December. The delivery notification was apparently sent in error and the jewellery still hasn’t arrived.
When I ordered it, it was not clear that it wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas.
Dreadful service - have emailed again for confirmation of when it might arrive. No reply. Wondering if the website is a scam?

For a Christmas treat to myself but the chain was to small which was a shame because I loved it! I messaged them and they very kindly got it swapped for me which they didn’t have to do! It came the next day. Lovely necklace will deffo be shopping again xx

I went to collect one order and hadn’t received a collect notification for another order. Mentioned it to the shop staff and she did no worries, and made it up there and then, excellent customer service.

I have purchased items for all female members of my family and also had them bought for me. There has been only one item that has broken over the years and the customer service was spot on and immediately replaced with no quibbles.
A great local (to me) company with lovely contemporary designed jewellery at a reasonable price.(lovely packaging as well).

I purchased the winged initial necklace and matching earrings for my daughter’s birthday, items are beautiful and really good quality, great value as I purchased when necklace was on offer for £100. I had a couple of queries before ordering and the team were really happy to help and gave me the advice I needed before ordering. Will definitely be ordering more in the future!
