Great service and the products always fit perfectly. Shipping is a bit high, but understandable since the blades have to be packed in rather large containers to prevent damage.

I was able to find and get the saw blade quickly.

I had decided I needed to go with replacement guides for my 14/ 12 laguna band saw due to resaw blade breakage. I guess I wanted the tried and true roller bearing,carter style guides vs Laguna blocks. So saw blade .com had the replacement product . Very high quality and exact retrofit for 14/12. I have high confidence in this bearing system. Just what I needed and it stays adjusted. So thanks.

After receiving a guide kit for my 1972 Craftsman bandsaw, I sent in some comments on the unit. Almost immediately I received a response (a call!) from Kenneth to hear my comments and worked with me to get the best setup. That's customer service!

Updated to reflect current status of order: Eventually received a refund and notification that it had gone through. I will have to say that they have great communication. Lots of emails to explain things. I appreciate that they do that.

I went through the ordering process thinking I would get my sawblades. I got a notice that the material to make my blades is out of stock and it could be a month before they have more. So they have my money, need to generate a refund, when this all would have been fixed if they had pulled the product from the website. The sales person tried to get me to upgrade or wait for the material. Then I get a notice that the person who does the refunds is not in the office but I'll get my refund when that person comes back.

From the time I reached out for help and advice Sawblade Staff were awesome. They solved my questions and sent me a tremendous product to upgrade my bandsaw

This is the first item ordered from Sawblade.com. I was happy with the turnaround time and arrival of the well-packaged items.
Even better, when I used the first one, I was asstounded at what a carbide can do, vs a regular set steel blade.

I am so grateful that Sawblade found my order so quickly. Mistakes happen, they one was found and fixed quickly.
