I had a loft installation today guys they was very good and professionally done

19 May 2023 - Disappointing experience

Have dropped to 3stars & will lower further if continues. There is still outstanding work that needs to be completed that has been picked up on Inspectors visit. Complete Non communication at the office not answering calls or responding to emails. Tried to go through previous Site manager has not made any difference. Excuses given for last minute dates to attend then cancel. Scaffolding has been up for over 2 months after main work finished.
Saviour need to sort out ASAP.

Completion was efficient, communication with Monis at Saviour Energy & liaison with Builders was good. The Back render has been finished to a good standard & the Front brick slip finish completed satisfactory.

The work done on my house was outstanding, I'm so impressed with the standard of work the builders preformed. Mr Kash visited regularly to oversee the work performed, both he and the builders were an absolute pleasure. Miss Maria that called from the office was also extremely helpful

Professional & Reliable Company. Thanks to SES our Heating System is upgrade with Loft Insulation. Our home is more warmer now. The Surveyor guide us properly and manage the Job thoroughly. Engineers been very professional they done the job too good. Will recommend these guys.

The staff and engineers were professional and friendly. They cleaned up the place after the work. They were punctual and I would highly recommend them.

The job has been finalise and I'm very happy with the works has made a big difference on my gas bill , the manager Mr Kash is been very helpful and the workers been very polite and very helpful as well , please keep up the good work

Avoid using Saviour Energy at all costs!

Boiler replacement and underfloor insulation work to make my home more energy efficient and warmer as part of the Eco3 company.

Boiler installation had leaks, installed incorrectly and kept breaking down. Left me without heating for the winter of 2021/2022 and refuse to acknowledge their poor workmanship until Gas Safe were called in to inspect work.

Underfloor insulation incomplete and and then was told they would only do it to minimum requirements. Cement poured on my property and down my drain. Left their rubbish and littered cigarette butts everywhere.

House remains cold and bills have increased. They are a cowboy outfit just after yours or governments money.

Customer service is so poor and their working to standards that pass necessary requirements to be ‘safe’. I only got traction once I involved ombudsman but then work was of very poor standard. It took a year to get something out of them.

I’ve dealt with the following staff (sort of):

Umar (manager): non-existent and doesn’t respond

Areej (customer service advisor): incompetent, doesn’t understand English and is just someone that passes messages around. Hasn’t got a clue.

Saleena (customer service advisor): liar, hypocrite and coward. She promised to call me back to discuss compensation for the distress, poor workmanship, and mental anguish this experienced caused me an my family.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and do not trust reviews!

Avoid this cowboy at all cost. done my external wall insulation my kitchen roof is leaking from beginning gutter come from the roof. the hole roof needs replacing now due to the water damage. Very bad work all over send so many emails naver reply back naver answer the phone this person called samina she said everything well be fixed naver did now planing to take legal action against this company.

Yes,no doubt company done good job.All the staf of the company were very cooperative and helpful.

They done the loft installation, Everything looks fine, Done the job nicely.

Loft installation gentleman was very helpful respectful and did a fantastic job took good care of my house cleaning etc and did a job well done and they left me with a big smile

Worked very professionally to a very high standard. Also tidied up well after themselves. Great service
