On a Sunday night at 10 PM I was placing my order and was absolutely thrilled to be able to email human being who was incredibly helpful and responsive. How rare these days on the Internet every dealing I’ve had with saule has been perfect not to mention that the jewelry is gorgeous the ease of shopping on a website which I do an awful lot of is very important and yours is very customer friendly. I can’t say enough good things about your company. Just keep up the great work my comments are not in regards to the two necklaces that I am reviewing and that I received, but about an order which is coming soon

Gorgeous earrings
Gorgeous earrings! Customer service was amazing. Had a slight issue w shipping, reached out via email and a real person replied in less than 5 minutes. Fixed the issue and overnighted my order for a wedding I was attending that weekend. Very helpful and responsive. Great company, will buy from them again! Thank you!

Amazing Customer Service
I've never received the customer service that I did from Saule in my entire life. I purchased a pair of earrings that ended up causing my ears some irritation. I reached out to Saule and the owner went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to secure a special type of earring that causes no issues to my ears.

I am always very happy with every piece I buy from Saule. This time was no exception (necklace is very beautiful. The only problem (this is the first time this has happened) is that the shipment took two weeks to arrives I didn't receive the necklace on timeout I suspect it's not Saule's fault:)

Picked up the Jet Petite Earrings in White Heron as a gift and I’m really impressed. They look clean and sharp in person. The white color stands out without being flashy, and the size is just right. Not too big, not tiny. As usual, Saule goes above and beyond
