Sarvodaya Vinyasa Yoga School® is a Yoga Alliance Registered School based in Rishikesh, the world capital of yoga. We are committed to providing authentic Yoga Teacher Training Courses and wellness programs that blend traditional yogic wisdom with modern teaching approaches. Our vision is to create a space where students from around the world can experience the true essence of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda in a supportive and nurturing environment. We offer 200 Hour, 300 Hour, and 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh. Each course is carefully structured to help students deepen their practice, build confidence as teachers, and transform their personal journey with yoga. Guided by experienced and dedicated teachers, students learn asanas, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology with personal attention and care. Situated near the sacred Ganga River and surrounded by the serene Himalayan foothills, Sarvodaya Vinyasa Yoga School® provides comfortable accommodation, healthy vegetarian meals, and a community that feels like home. Many of our graduates describe their training as a life-changing experience and value us as one of the best yoga schools in Rishikesh. Our mission is to share the depth of yoga and inspire every student to live with balance, clarity, and compassion.

If you have the opportunity take the leap and attend this school. Their level of dedication, focus, mixed with fun and playfulness is quite amazing. My yoga and spirituality deepened immensely. There’s were field trips and the most amazing food made for you daily. Ahhh talking about my experience is making me miss my time with these amazing yogis. Oh and taking daily dips in the Ganges was such a beautiful thing.
