I ordered an item at £40 it took roughly 2 weeks to arrive (no delivery time shown when ordered) only when tracking became available did i realise it was from shanghai area. When it arrived I was surprised that the material was actually ok but the sizing was not great, fitting in some areas but not in others so couldn't order a different size as it would be wrong again. They were quick to answer my first email but asked for a photo of how it was wrong, I unpacked it took a selfie and emailed back. Since then, no communication. Looks like I'm £40 down and you would only get £4 back on Vinted. Be very careful about buying from this company.

Sadly I had the same experience as many others. The company markets itself as an English company but its Chinese imports of poor quality with a non existent customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolute joke of a company, please do not buy anything from them. Dress ordered for £40 took 3 weeks to arrive, company is not in uk as advertised but items are shipped from China which isn’t the issue the item received was hideous, poorly made, no care instructions and absolutely nothing like the dress ordered. Complete waste of time trying to deal with customer service as they are a complete joke.
Please do your research before buying online as I wish I had

Terrible customer service, I paid for an item 2nd May 2026, 8th of June chased this up via support where they told me it was now out of stock and would I like credit or full refund, I requested a full refund and still to this to date no refund has been processed, I would definately advise anyone to keep away from this company

Do not use this company, item recieved was nothing like the picture, cheap shoddy rag is best I can describe, Returns are a scam, you will just be ignored, Website looks UK, its not more China rubbish,

I bought a pair of sandals from this company. The ones I ordered are on their website..they did NOT send them, instead a nasty cheap pair of bad quality sandals that are not on their website AT ALL. There is a faded return label on the parcel to an address in Feltham, England, with EDWARD but when I contacted Sarah and Lily by email they said to get my money back I will have to pay the posting to CHINA! ..I headed to the Internet and found that many double barreled named businesses are connected to 'Edward London which is a Freight forwarding business and that led me to other companies and the reviews were TERRIBLE all saying the same thing. BE CAREFUL OUT THERE with what you are buying.. and here's a strange thing.. 'Katherine' writes the emails, then you have Edward on the return address, then, Philip and Megan is another - how very friendly!!!! Don't take my word for it...take a look yourself! I have just contacted PayPal to see if they can help.

1 star is being generous and I wish Id seen the reviews before buying 2 dresses costing £78. The quality is abominable, borderline disguting and absolutely not what what shown on the website. Theyre almost completely different items. The sizing is totally wrong as well.
Im trying to get a response to emails, with, to date, no luck.
Im not confident Ill get anywhere near the money back I paid but if I could report this company and get their website removed, I would.

Absolutely horrendous quality. Whatever you order will be completely different to the image advertised on their website and then they will refuse to give a full refund. It is absolute scam of a company!

Very poor quality product which took weeks to arrive. Sandals didnt fit so I asked about a return for refund.
An email to their support address took 10 days to get a reply and then it warned of the cost and complication of doing a return. I was offered 100% credit if i wanted to swap for another Sarah-Lily product or 30% cash and keep the sandals.
Be aware, this looks like its a UK company and it definitely is not.

I purchased a dress from them. It arrived late when it arrived. The size was at least two sizes smaller than what I ordered although the label said what I ordered, and the quality is awful. I’ve tried to contact over a period of a month, to request to return, as no paperwork came with the item…. They do not respond to any of my emails, so I’m having to involve PayPal to try and get my money back. Don’t give these scammers your money!!!

I wouldn't even give this company a 1 star. Awful quality, I have asked to return and not heard anything. Total CON, please don't buy!

Absolute con why are they allowed on social media. There is no company in London it’s a Chinese company. I paid £40 for my item took three weeks and looks like a bag of rubbish no labels no size I received it today and threw in the bin. Please don’t use this company

Dreadful not a real website, clothes shipped from Asia. Wonderful image of model in the dress! Sold it for me, not that I expected to look like the model! but £68 later my 2 x dresses arrived. Awful unwearable blatantly not the dresses in the images advertised.

I looked into a refund promptly:
Refund process - email them requesting the address to return the dresses to with photos of the dresses and reason for the refund.

Reason: it doesn't fit one dress is too sort one side and will not cover my top half and bottom?

2nd dress is too tight and would not have fit the bust area as too baggy?

The material is different to the ones shown modelled by the model. Not good quality.

Communication awful. Getting money back not possible!

If I could give it 0 star I would! Ordered what I thought was a beautiful dress. It arrived much later than stated. The quality of the dress was poor and colours were not at all what the pictures showed. When requesting a refund, after several days, they explained that they don’t cover shipping cost (which is not clearly stated at all) and it would cost £20 to return it. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

One star is still more than this company deserves.

I ordered from their website and the delivery took ages. When the items finally arrived, they looked nothing like the photos. The trousers were far too short, the fabric was completely different, and the overall quality was poor. Nothing fit properly.

To make matters worse, I've been trying to contact them to arrange a return, but my emails have been completely ignored. Not a single response so far.

Avoid this company. Save yourself the hassle and do not buy from them!

ONE STAR IS FAR TOO GENEROUS
Do not order from this company. Items I ordered were not as advertised and of an inferior quality, certainly not value for money. Trying to get information to return and get a refund was an experience. After many email exchanges I received full refund.
I would not recommend this company at all. I still await details of return address!

Wrong size shoe was sent to me and they required a further £8.99 to send the correct size. It has been a nightmare to try and get any refund. Do not use this company wish I had never seen their advert

If I could rate 0 I would, this company is very misleading , they show you items that are nothing like what you receive , I was sent 2 faulty items , I’ve sent email after email had no response, don’t buy from them it’s Chinese shite
