This review is for the Sunreact/Cuttle glasses I purchased some time back. Same as others, their "Sunreact" are just Kapvoe glasses sent with a "Saolar" case. You can buy virtually the same pair of glasses on eBay/AliExpress at half or a third of the price.

The glasses do function well and do darken adequately in the sunlight. I bought them because I start my rides in early morning darkness and I didn't want to have to stick them on my helment until the sun came up. They are especially good for mountain biking when you want eye protection all the time.

However save your money and buy RockBros or Kapvoe on eBay or AliExpress.

Unhappy with warranty on product. I bought a pair of Saolar sunglasses in December 2023. Although I have been reasonably happy thus far with the glasses, the arm of them recently broke. I was told by Saolar in an email that I had not purchased the one-year guarantee so my glasses were only under warranty for one month. How utterly disappointing. I have never heard of such a short warranty period. Also, the glasses are advertised as photochromatic, but they were not really that good in direct sunlight. Okay for dappled light though. Would I buy these again? NO! Once bitten, twice shy. Don't buy this product. Show details

The company is a drop-shipping scam. They sent me $20 Amazon Sunglasses *with the original “Kapvoe” branding on it* (lol) in a Saolar-branded box. Don’t know where the positive reviews are coming from. The glasses are ok, they’re just about what id expect for a $20 pair!

I ordered Rapture Gold Chromatic Sunglasses.
I received the item however the glasses have a clear lens finish, not a gold lens finish as depicted in Saolar advertising.
I emailed Saolar re above. I requested a pair of sunglasses with a gold mirror lens finish as advertised or my money back.
Emy from Saolar replied and requested pics of the sunglasses l received.
I sent Emy pics of the clear lens sunglasses l received.
Various emails were exchanged over a period of approx 30 days, whereby Emy also requested a pic of the SKU on the box the sunglasses were packaged in.
The eventual result was Emy sent me an email apologising the sunglassed did not meet my expectations but confirmed Saolar sent me the sunglasses l ordered.
I decided to take the time to give this negative review as a warning to other potential buyer to be aware that the Saolar Sunglasses you see advertised may not present as the same Sunglasses when you receive them.
Emy was polite with her emails to me at all times however l would not recommend purchasing sunglasses from this company

Fast delivery and very good riding shades.

Fantastic quick changing sunglasses for dappled light, sun / shade. I don't use them in the full sun but they are great for forest trails or duller light days.

Love my Saolars so much I bought 3 more pairs as Christmas gifts. Great value cycling sunnies that are awesome for early rides in the dark that turn into sunny days.

I have been cycling for many years, i remember buying some Oakly Glasses back in the 90s was that vaue for money, No not at all. But at last i have found Saolar Glasses, my expectations were not high, but they are the best ever, no fogging, no sweating around my eyes and i even forget i have them on until the end of my ride on as the vew is not impeded at all. Also l like the colour selections, Definitely the best at a great price, no BS!

Se comprometen a una entrega en 8 días laborables y no cumplen los plazos. Realice la compra el 9/02/2024 y todavía no las he recibido, ha transcurrido 1 mes y todavía no las he recibido. Les solicito el reembolso del importe y me dicen que no es posible que ya están enviadas y esto es falso pues el seguimiento por correos expres dice que todavía no disponen del paquete para su envío.

J'ai acheté une paire de lunette vtt Rapture Photochromique Rouge en février 2023. Début mars 2024 une branche se casse au niveau de la vis de fixation. Après avoir contacté saolar, on me répond pas de pièces détachées et qu'il faut que je contacte un opticien local....

I love these sun glasses. I wear them riding my bike in Summit County CO where I live. Mountain weather is unpredictable. Having glasses that automatically adjust to lighting conditions means that I don't have to carry extra glasses!

I purchased these to avoid getting smashed in the eyeballs by insects when riding through the bush at high speed. Photochromic lenses are great. Impressed with changeable lenses.

Great value for the price. Good coverage, well-fitting & excellent ventilation for cycling; the photochromic lenses are sharp and change quickly, I'm very happy with these sunnies. Four stars rather than five simply because white frames are not available in my preferred styles,

Non pensavo che questi occhiali fossero veramente performante come dalla pubblicità... ma devo dire che nel giro di pochi secondi le lenti cambiano passando dal sole all'ombra o al buio di un tunnel... oltre ad essere leggeri, confortevoli e con la possibilità di inserire lenti graduate...

Li sto usando da circa un anno e posso dare una sufficienza cioè da 1 a 10 voto 6 perché non diventano abbastanza scuri alla luce Diretta secondo per uno che ha bisogno di occhiali da vista progressivo la dimensione delle lenti aggiunte sono troppo piccole x poter utilizzare tale tecnologia

I have used my sunglasses for about six months now. Very happy with them. Comfortable, lenses change shade well and are optically true.
