I got the dry ice blasting machine and after the second use 2 of the nozzles fell apart. Also the rubber hose inside kept blowing off so I had to replace the hose connectors with better ones

No more greasy floors!
Last week, I bought an SM421AC, and I’m giving it a 5-star rating! The shipping was fast and free, which was a huge plus. Customer service, especially Ben, was super helpful and gave me professional guidance. The SM421AC has become my restaurant's cleaning hero. No more greasy floors! After cleaning and polishing, the floors are so shiny they look like mirrors. I think this might be one of the reasons why business has been booming lately.

The instructions were not good…
The instructions were not good whatsoever, and I had to go to YouTube to get more information on how to use the product. Once we got the machine running it did not clean or pick up the dirt from the floor and I'm now working with your company to get assistance to get the product to work or return the product.

The handle is very flimsy. Other than that, the product would be perfect.

I regret buying this extractor, the cost savings not worth the headache and time lost.
Upon using the extractor the side handle broke neither electrical cords were securely secured and were sliding out of the housing and unit body the unit leaked water from both the middle seam of the units body and from a connection housing along the hose. I was told if I opted for a replacement I would not be able to return it. So I could receive another faulty unit and be stuck with it or have to continue an endless line of replacements due to quality issues,. That Is Not Right. At the very least I should be able to have the 2 week period to test the replacement for issues. The customer service person I felt with forgot to include a question in her email response to my outreach. Her first email stated a replacement was on its way, so I took that as the matter no longer needed monitoring. But the agent sent an additional email stating she had forgotten to ask for my approval which I was not aware of and not on the lookout for. I receive too many emails to be able to constantly monitor the inbox. So I wasn't aware of the follow up email for well over a week. The service person then blames me for running out the clock on the two week refund window glossing over the fact she had made a mistake requiring her followup email. She tells me if I opt for a replacement I can't return it even if it has issues like the first unit. As if somehow it's my fault the first unit had so many quality control issues. This entire saga has.been a huge waste of time. And the condescending customer service agent never responded to my last email including questions. It's now been over two weeks and no response.

The belt that drives the brushes will…
The belt that drives the brushes will turn fine then all of a sudden catch and throw the dirt and debris right back onto the floor. Least smooth brush Ive ever encountered. I wont purchase again from them.

It works great and customer service was very accommodating.
