I would like to thank so much all the staff of the Sandymount Hotel for their very professional approach to the guest, their kind and efficient welcome and and in particular way Mrs Beatrice at the reception that helpd me and my husband to plan such a beautiful and very well organized trips in Dublin. She suggested us the most relevant places of the town to be visited and she was so kind to book for us amazing typical restaurants in town for dinner. She advised us in the best way and thanks to her we had really a gorgeous time in the fantastic green Dublin. We really appreciated everything. Thousands thanks Maria Grazia and Alessandro

We have stayed at the Sandymount Hotel many times, and it never disappoints. We’ve just returned from a two-night stay celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary, and once again everything was exceptional.

The staff are genuinely lovely—professional, warm, and always friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped, with tea and coffee facilities and complimentary bottled water.

The food is outstanding, and I would highly recommend having dinner in the hotel restaurant. The location is another big plus: just a few minutes’ walk to the Aviva Stadium and the DART, making access to the city centre quick and easy. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and the area feels very safe.

A special thank you to Beatrice for her warm welcome and wonderful assistance throughout our stay.

Had an 80th birthday meal here on Sunday for 40 people, from the service to the food everything was 10 out of 10! I was nervous booking for so many people that we wouldn’t please everyone but I shouldn’t have been it was perfect. We will definitely be back! Thank you all!

We had a wonderful afternoon at Dad’s 90th Birthday Party on Saturday 5th April. .

The staff were exceptional , nothing was too much trouble. The meal was fantastic. Please give my thanks to the chief.
I wasn’t drinking wine at the meal and one of your lovely staff suggested I set up a tab for myself and he looked after me with each order of Gin and Tonic please thank him from me.

Everybody spoke about the lovely meal and the Beauty of the hotel. There was a lovely atmosphere all afternoon. I always love to support local business and you didn’t disappoint.

During lockdown which was very difficult and having a coffee with friends outside the hotel was a lifeline.

I had hoped to have my Mam’s 90th Birthday there in April 2022 but the hotel was not doing large events till the following year.
I would highly recommend The Sandymount Hotel for future events.

Loved my experience there- great staff and food

Very nice hotel, great location close to the stadium. Enjoyed breakfast here and staff very friendly.

Go here about three times a year to meet ex work colleagues for lunch. On this occasion last week I was there was five others. Two orderd the sandwich special. Price was €11.90 inc a tea bag . If you could possibly make a more miserable sandwich, this was it. The white bread was weafer thin as was the cheese and ham,from what I could see of it .
It came lost on it's own on a big plate with not even a crisp. An absolute rip off.
My friends had the fish and chips with no complaints. They donated some chips to the sandwich people.

Fantastic Hotel! Perfect location for the Aviva stadium and a great atmosphere for the rugby. Many thanks to Beatrice who looked after us so so well during our stay - First class customer service and professionalism.

This hotel is really worth a visit. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is self is beautiful and very clean. The food is exceptional especially the dinner menu in the restaurant and breakfast was really good also. Location is excellent as quite near city centre and for exploring the area. Close to Dundrum town centre also for shopping. If you require public transport the dart is located beside the hotel and also the Aviva Stadium. There are 5 electric vehicle chargers. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be back.

A beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, staff, was, very friendly and helpful and welcoming food very tasty in the restaurant and great variety of different foods at breakfast piping hot and great service highly recommended to everyone also great location for venues ie concerts / football matches

Stayed here last weekend. While up in Dublin for a show. Excellent staff Excellent location and Excellent food. You won't be disappointed.

Lovely hotel right near the centre (very convenient especially for concerts or matches in the nearby stadium). Staff were very friendly and rooms were perfect.
