Our surveys are specifically designed to assist people buying or selling a property. We offer comprehensive bespoke Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys. Buying a property can be a particularly stressful experience and having a professional to guide you through the process is invaluable. Our reports ensure you are equipped with all the necessary information to complete your purchase with peace of mind. Our service includes a post inspection discussion about our findings, which can either be over the phone or at the property (subject to vendor and agent approval). We are also available to answer any queries after the survey report has been sent and are always willing to offer any advice and answer any queries to help with the property transaction. Our surveyors are fully qualified members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Level 2 home survey
Contacting Richard Cobb was our first step into getting a detailed report on an Edwardian house we hoped to purchase. The friendly and informative talk that summarised his findings after inspection was most helpful. After receiving the report, I contacted him with a few queries and these were resolved quickly. I have already recommended Richard to a friend who needs the help of a surveyor .

Professional and approachable team
Matt was so helpful from our initial contact with him throughout the process. We had the opportunity to discuss our plans for the property ahead of the survey being conducted which meant he could include specific focus within the survey. Following the survey Matt called me the same afternoon and talked me through in detail the main points of note using clear and non - technical language.
He then produced a comprehensive and again, easy to digest, report within a short time frame. We have been able to contact Matt to discuss further aspects of the report which has been very helpful.
House buying is not a stress free process, but Matt has ensured that the survey element was as stress free as possible, without losing any professionalism throughout.

Great communication and easy process
Really happy with the support on our house buying process. Thanks to Matt for the clear and honest communication. He even went back to the property to capture more pictures after the survey, which was really helpful. I would defintiely recommend using Matt and team.
