The support team looks like doesn’t…

The support team looks like doesn’t exist, I have been trying to order one of the medicines which always said sold out and when I click for notifying me when is available I receive the notification right away and as soon as I check the website it says sold out again. This has been going on for 3 weeks. The live chat suggests to connect support team which I did and emailed them. call the support team useless because the person will collect your information and tell you someone will call, and that has not happened since 3 weeks ago. With this kind of service I wonder if even this company exist.

Please note that our phone line is for inquiry collection only. As a manufacturing and fulfillment-focused company, our customer support is handled exclusively through email. This ensures we can review each case thoroughly and provide accurate responses with full access to your order history and shipping records.

Regarding the restock notification, this appears to be a system glitch. If you are located in Canada, you should not have received it, as we are currently unable to deliver products there.

If you are in the US but still see products listed as out of stock, it’s possible our system is detecting your location as outside the US. In this case, you may try using a VPN with a US-based server.

If you’d like assistance with placing an order, please email your US shipping address and the list of items you’d like to support@sanarelab.com, and we’ll get back to you with payment details.

I highly recommend

I’ve ordered from the Sanare Lab website a couple times now after initially finding them on Amazon. I’ve never had a problem, and each order has gotten to me very quickly. I feel they’ve earned my trust.

Total scam

I purchased 3 bottles of ivermectin and my mother in law purchased 7 bottles and we received nothing, not even a confirmation email from them. When I look at the credit card detail it says the merchant is Sparkle Shi in Texas with a phone number that does not work. Total scam.
