Friendly, helpful staff….not pushy.

Good products. Fair price. Staff provide a good service.

Great looking wet suit and good quality materials used. It functions really well even for quite long period of time in the water, I stayed warm and comfortable in June cornish seas.

Unfortunately, the velcro around the neck is quite aggressive and not only sticks to the velcro patch but anything that it touches. It causes damage to the suit, even when simply trying to take the suit off.

Shame, other than that a great entry level for the price point, I paid £90

Staff were very pleasant and friendly,it was a lovely experience.

Poorly packaged, all squashed up into a small bag. Need to return the item and policy states it needs to be in the original packaging but unable to reuse the bag.
The shorts I ordered for my husband were a terrible fit. Overall very disappointing.

I like the people work there very friendly helpful and genuine not fake I went to different stores they were all super nice, I was driving a riding a bike 🚲 there was no place to park my bike and tie it securely the let me bring the bike in untill i bought my new wet suit. Very pleasant experience.

They were currently having some issues with their Internet connection, which was making card payments slow/unavailable

However due to working my share of years in retail I knew how to be of help and await patiently for everything to be up and running again.

The two staff members were extremely apologetic (not that it was necessary) and perfectly professional even being some what flustered.

Was only down for a holiday but if I had the privilege of being a permanent resident I would more than happily become a full time customer for their customer service alone.

Clothes are fantastic quality and my husband really loved his new backpack for father's day!

What's not to like?
Great looking clothing at a great price with plenty of bargains to be had in their many sales and special offers.
The sales staff were really helpful trying to help my daughter find something specific for her and had a great experience overall.
Now our family just have to be careful not to look like a walking billboard. 😅
