First time visiting local shop to buy a gift voucher for a birthday present. Friendly, professional service. Will definitely return to look at clothes. Shop nicely laid out.

Today the Saltrock family is stronger than ever, sharing the surfing ideal with the people from the surfing community and those outside with the same values and attitudes. Still run by some of the original team, we design for the lifestyle we love - fun, creativity and laughter is the lifeblood of Saltrock. We love the British coastline and all it has to offer, we're passionate about having the freedom to express ourselves and we surf until the sun goes down (when we get the chance!). Saltrock is a true British success story proving that with imagination, a great team and a strong will to succeed, anything is possible.

Items are great but customer service is…

Items are great but customer service is shocking. For the last few years I go to the Shrewsbury branch to buy my son his requested Saltrock items and 2 years on a trot the same woman has served me with absolutely no interest or customer service. Quite disappointing really because she is obviously passionate about the store as she's always busy tinkering and working the stock etc however she treats customers like we are a nuisance!

saw an item in the sale to suit our…

saw an item in the sale to suit our granddaughter for her birthday. Although she will be older than the age suggested in the garment , the measurements suggest it should fit her. having paid, we then saw a bag in the sale that would suit her for Xmas. Assistants were very helpful and friendly as usual. Always worth a look around the shop despite receiving regular emails with offers/images - like to see/touch the fabric for suitability/comfort.
