Great store in Croyde. Two really lovely ladies helped me find the right sizes for everything I was looking for and looked after my dogs whilst I tried things on.

Visited the Saltrock shop in Croyde and was blown away by the stock it held but also the friendliness of the staff, it was near the end of the day and one member was hoovering, while the other was serving another customer, we were greeted, we were spoken to politely and also given time to browse, bought an item and the staff member serving was polite, friendly and asked after me and my daughters day, making conversation and taking an interest. Great customer service and will be visiting again

Bought some clothing in the sale, excellent value and some full price items. Excellent service, even hid an item from hubby who we were discreetly trying g to buy something for.

The shop was busy but that didn’t stop the two sales assistants being really helpful and friendly, I bought x2 body boards and they offered to fasten the straps so they were ready to use for the beach before we left. Really lovely service thank you!

As a family we made various purchases during our holiday, unfortunately I couldn’t purchase what I wanted as although the size was stated on the hangers the items were not as stated on the hanger. Disappointing as a lot of effort has obviously been taken to maximise the stock items on sale but failed do to a lack of care.

Visited Saltrock Croyde. Great layout, good selection and helpful staff.
