We had the best time on the Salt Escapes Ibiza trip. Great workouts, beautiful villa and amazing food! Clem and the team were so welcoming and the trip had the perfect balance of wellness, workouts and day trips out exploring the island. Would definitely book again in the future!

I’ve just returned from an Ibiza Salt Escapes trip and have to say, as my first solo group trip, this exceeded expectations! The group was so lovely (mixed but more females than men) and the PTs were super friendly, inspiring and motivating. I loved being pushed during the workouts but felt we had a good balance with enough time to relax or do our own thing around the workouts. The villa was out of this world and everything was 5* luxury from the rooms, communal spaces and the food cooked fresh daily by chef Sophie was a highlight! I’ve made some great friends who I hope to keep in touch with. I’ll be booking another trip soon hopefully and am busy recommending it to friends :)

Had the absolute best week with an incredible group. Great food, fun (very) sweaty workouts, yoga, plenty of down time & side trips, swimming, ice baths. And boat day - so fun. Clem and the whole team brought the energy and vibes.

The way the group came together in just a week was insane - loads of us already planning reunions in US and Europe and figuring out which escape to do next.

If you're open to new things and don't take yourself too seriously you will have the best time.

Fantastic week in Ibiza. Great coaches and host and fantastic chef cooking for us all week. 10/10 recommend!

The best way to mentally reset and have fun working out in a BEAUTIFUL island villa. Host and Coaches Clem and Andy lead the most FIRE workouts and Gemma followed them up with much needed restorative flow yoga sessions. The absolute CHEF KISS of the trip was Chef Sophie. Every bite was pure joy, fresh food and herbs right from the villa garden. Book Salt Escapes if you’re ready to workout hard and relax harder. (Don’t skip the ice baths, surprise highlight)

Just got back from Ibiza Fitness Week with Salt Escapes and can’t recommend it enough. The whole week was really well organised, with a great mix of training, downtime, and exploring the island.

The coaches were brilliant, knowledgeable, encouraging, and down-to-earth. They created a supportive environment that made everyone feel comfortable, no matter their fitness level. The sessions were tough but enjoyable, and it always felt like we were in good hands.

The group itself was such a highlight, a genuinely lovely bunch of people. It made the experience even better to be surrounded by such positive energy and team spirit.

The villa was the perfect and the food was incredible, Sophie was amazing!

The best group trip Ive ever been on! It was well paced with a variety of activities. The trainers were so supportive and encouraging during workouts — it made this morning hater look forward to the 730am sessions. Can’t wait to go again soon!

DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THIS TRIP!! I had the best time, it was everything I hoped it would be. An incredible villa, and 11/10 food. The teams energy and enthusiasm made the week so special, working out in the sun, feeling fit and making new friends who all care about their wellbeing made this one of my favourite trips. I’m really hoping to book onto another Salt escapes next year. Thank you everyone!!

Great energy from the hosting and PT team, and a wonderful group to sweat with. The food in particular was absolutely incredible!!

Had the best week with the best group of people at the Dominican Republic!! The week was filled with high intensity workouts, yoga, amazing and nourishing meals, surfing, massages and great conversations and laughter (and 10000 burpees)! Cannot wait to book onto my next trip in 2026!!

Had an epic week in the DR with the Salt Escapes crew!

From the luxe villa, invigorating outdoor workouts (challenging but adaptable for all levels), relaxing pool and beach time (complete with cocktails), and incredible food (healthy and delicious!), I can’t recommend this retreat enough.

What made the week especially special was the people and welcoming, inclusive environment.

I’ve already booked my next Salt Escapes and can’t wait to return!

Incredible time with Salt - Villa and beach were sublime, activities a blast and everything ran smoothly whilst everyday accommodating the group's needs. Like-minded guests and the remarkable team (above and beyond every time!) made this week unforgettable, could not recommend more

Such a fun week with Salt Escapes in Dominican Republic 🇩🇴. The workouts were intense with supportive coaches and teammates. I will miss finishing a workout then jumping directly into the ocean. The food was all so delicious and hand crafted. My favorite was grilled chicken and peanut sauce one day for lunch. The best extracurriculars were boat day and surfing (the drone got a great video of me catching a wave 🌊). My birthday happened during the trip and it was like a non-stop party starting with shots and mid-night. The villa was even bigger and better looking in person. This place had the best hot tub I’ve ever seen! I will be booking another Salt Escape soon!

This was an amazing adventure. I went on the Caribbean Salt Escapes trip. All the staff (Amy Mike both Sophies and Josh) were so friendly, happy, and helpful. The food was incredible thanks to chef Sophie! The group was super fun and the workouts made me push myself. Def recommend it!

Couldn’t recommend this getaway more. Everything from the location to the team to the workouts and the people was amazing. Mike and Amy are legends and have built such a unique experience for all of us to be able to enjoy! Thank you!!

What an amazing week in the Dominican Republic. The villa was absolutely stunning, food was cooked to perfection and the workouts were insane! Not forgetting the most amazing company, the SE team were very welcoming and ensured a seamless experience.

I cannot recommend this enough, if you’re looking for a fun packed week of working out with like minded people, then get this booked ASAP!

Just finished a very amazing week with Salt escapes in the DR. The villa was stunning, and everything was so well planned, and couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Perfect balance of activity and leisure time. Loved it

This was my second trip with Salt Escapes, and I may have loved it even more. The luxury of walking from a beautiful villa to a pristine beach in the Caribbean, then back up the lawn into the pool and hot tub were a total delight. Just landed back home and I am already looking forward to my 3rd Salt Escapes!
