Great prices and first rate service - delivery time excellent too

Avoid as much as you can! I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I’ve been experiencing. After almost two months, I am still disputing the refund with my bank because Salontotal has completely neglected my case.
On 1 August 2025, I purchased a facial cream on their website. On 6 August, their chosen courier, Yodel, confirmed the delivery. There was nothing by my door or in my building. I contact Yodel and they confirmed my parcel was delivered to the wrong address. I immediately reported the issue to Salontotal and provided screenshots of my conversation with the courier, who admitted and apologized for the mistake.
Despite this clear evidence, Salontotal went silent. They neither refunded my money nor provided the product. This situation is totally unfair. Under the Business-to-Consumer model, the retailer is ultimately responsible for ensuring the product reaches the customer — an obligation Salontotal failed to meet.
Instead of taking responsibility, they treated me dismissively by suggesting I “look around” for the parcel, even after I had already proven that the courier confirmed the misdelivery. Such conduct is not only unprofessional but also deeply unethical - a total lack of respect for and care to their (no-longer) client. Just avoid. This website is not worth your time and money.

I did not receive items. Salon total did not reply to my emails and still awaiting a reply 4 days later.

Online, salontotal's website states order before 10pm and it is shipped. Being shipped and arriving are 2 very separate things apparently. It is very misleading. As soon as I find another provider for what I need, I will be taking my business there. Apologising for the delay doesn't mean anything. This is, unfortunately, the second time in a row this delay has happened. This company uses yodel for delivery. yodel is a useless delivery company. I received an email that they have my package 3 days ago and it STILL hasn't been delivered. Just pure insanity! Also, the item I ordered is over priced by every standard. UPDATE: My parcel was FINALLY delivered on 20/7/2025...not my idea of quick service.
