Appalling service
Appalling service! You have actually asked for a review when I still haven’t received the product I ordered 2 weeks ago. You are also blaming the delay on the carrier, when they do not have the order to deliver !!

Still waiting to receive my refund-
Still waiting to receive my refund- nearly three weeks on now. Was told I would receive in 7 working days and then when queried why it was still not in the account I was told they had forgotten to process. I was then told it would be actioned immediately yet I still am waiting and my emails are being ignored.
Avoid this company! The fact they take no accountability in their responses back to customer reviews is also appalling.

Order not received
I placed an order on Tue 11th Nov and still haven’t received it, despite the website stating all orders placed by 10pm would be dispatched the same day.
It’s now Fri 21st Nov and tracking says the package is still with the sender. Customer service keeps repeating it’s been dispatched but it doesn’t seem so.
Very disappointed with the service and demanded to cancel the order and get my money back.

I have not received my order placed a month ago. I have emailed multiple times with no response.
I have now raised a claim with my credit card to obtain a refund and am reporting the company to trading standards.

Ordered electric toothbrush on 13/11. Advertised as next day dispatch. Tracking item on Yodel still shows with sender one week later. Have emailed twice asking if has been dispatched and proof of such. No reply. I believe this to be a scam company. Order number 3164292.

Your public reply is appreciated, but it doesn’t change the fact that I have now emailed your customer service team three times over the last week, including again today, and not a single message has been answered.
This is the exact pattern many other reviewers have pointed out. That comes across as a deliberate delay tactic, not genuine customer support.
The Yodel tracking you provided has shown “With Sender” since the day the label was created, with no movement, no scans, and no evidence that the parcel has ever been handed over. I have repeatedly asked for proof of dispatch and received nothing.
If your team truly intends to resolve this, then reply to my emails. Right now the behaviour suggests the opposite.

Extortionate delivery fee, very slow to send and blame problems on Yodel
Wish I had looked on Trustpilot before ordering .
Company charged £7.60 for delivery (via Yodel) which is VERY high , especially for a small tube of hair product. They emailed next day with tracking. - so far so good - but 7 days later tracking shows as ‘still with sender’. I emailed them to find out why it hadn’t been sent and when I would get it and they replied blaming Yodel. That’s nice of them …… seems Yodel haven’t even got it yet.Oh and their site advertises “order before 10pm and ship today’. Clearly not true. Here is there reply I recieved…..
“Thank you for your message. Currently, the carrier is experiencing some delays. Your parcel will therefore take longer to arrive than you are used to from us, for which we sincerely apologise. Please keep an eye on your tracking for updates. Your tracking is expected to become visible soon”

Awful service, do NOT waste your time
Awful, awful company who tell you the parcel has been dispatched when it hasn't even left the warehouse. I contacted Yodel who told me as much. Cancelled order and it then took a further 2 weeks to get my money back. Customer service is unapologetic and abrupt. Would never, ever use this company again!

This is rediculous sort out your courier!! how many bad reviews do you need .
Surprisingly i dont see my review on your site yet trust pilot is flooded with negative reviews and your scoring yourself a 4/5 based on reviews.
it is illegal for a business to hide genuine negative reviews. Both the UK and the US have laws and regulations that prohibit this practice, considering it a form of misleading and deceptive commercial activity that harms consumers.

Do not buy from them
Do not buy from them! I made a mistake by ordering and takes then a full week to send, not one day as they advertise- scammy company!
When I realised I won’t be in the country when they deliver a week after promised time, I have asked goods to be RTO as I can’t put on vacation hold or anything else and they REFUSED. BASICALLY IT WILL BE STOLEN AND THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND YOU OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! Never ever order from this “company”, dodgy place

Completely untrustworthy company
Completely untrustworthy company. They failed to deliver my order, recalled it to be returned to them from their couriers and will not refund me. Nothing wrong with the products, but you won't get them, and you won't be refunded either. Awful customer service, full of lies and excuses. Asking me to do a review before the…
Asking me to do a review before the item arrives is never good. It’s really slow service, not happy it hasn’t arrived. Not ideal. It’s 7 days since the order and it’s not even showing in the tracking. Doubt I will order again!! 28/10 - Update in reply to comment back, it is still not with us and the customer services team have no idea when it will be here, sometime this week is the comment from them.
