Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. Placed an order on 10th Jan (over £200 worth of products) and still not arrived on 17th February. Customer service is useless. Will try and get a refund from Amex and will never buy from them again

Just had a reply from Salontotal.com to my review. A pretty ridiculous reply as all the did was make excuses. Not sure how this company is still in business.
Trying to redeem themselves certainly didn't work out for them with that reply.
I only got my money back as I contacted PayPal and they issued me the refund if I had been waiting for Salontotal.com for my money I would probably still be waiting.
The delivery and customer service is awful
I waited a month for a delivery which should have been a week. When I emailed to enquire the customer service was seriously unhelpful.
After a month and quite a few emails I asked for a refund I was offer a credit note no refund and no idea when I would get a product if i accepted the credit note. Seriously so unprofessional and ridiculously way to run a business. Please save yourself money and time dont shop with salontotal.com

Rude customer service and not received my order!!
My order was never arrived and instead, I've received a parcel with someone else's name and a different address on the delivery label. I'm not sure how the courier, Yodel managed to deliver the parcel to a completely different address from the delivery label. I've contacted Salontotal customer service with a photo of the parcel with incorrect details on it. The customer service office, Zara was rudely replied the parcel was delivered and that's it. She obviously didn't read my email properly nor carried out an investigation. I would not recommend this company to anyone as it's so irresponsible

This company sends its products to you from abroad.
If you are reading this then you are either looking to buy their product, or you are looking to vent your anger at them for misleading you. Or perhaps an employee trying to raise their deplorable ratings.
For a start - do not place an order if you think that 'shipped same day if ordered before 10.00pm, means you are likely to receive your product next day, they are not Amazon.
Like the majority of people who purchase their products that is what you are led to believe.
Their products are competitively priced, of good quality but sold by a company that are happy to mislead you.
Their products are 'shipped' from abroad. There is an asterisk at the side of this comment which, should you dive deep enough into their website will finally tell you it is coming from another country.
So, if you are happy to wait, perhaps a month or more, then proceed, but be warned.
Alternatively, vote with your feet or as it may actually be, your finger! Source a reputable company, based in the UK with products ready to be sent out, from the UK.
Cant wait to see what cliches they come up with should they respond to this comment!
I have just read your response. Suggest you say ' Shipped from Netherlands today on receipt of your order' not just ' shipped today', which you know very well is likely someone will expect their order next day. People respect honesty, be honest and your business will flourish.

Top notch service and products
I have been a repeat customer at Salontotal.co.uk for a while now, and they never disappoint. I just received my latest order (#3266291) and, as always, the service was top-notch.
What really sets them apart is the WhatsApp contact option. It is so convenient to be able to message them directly to ask about tracking or get any information you need—they are very responsive and come back to you straight away. My own exam of the products when they arrived showed that everything was authentic, well-packaged, and in perfect condition.
If you want a reliable shop with great communication and high-quality products, this is the place to go!

I did not realise that your company was based in the Netherlands as you qdverise your company as being salontotal.u.k which is very misleading you are not in the u.k and you have sold me an electrical hair brush that does not have a U.K plug on it! When you place the order says its shipped within hours leading myself to believe I would have it in a few days which was not the case. I will be reporting this to trading standards.

Be prepared to wait!!
You have to be prepared to wait for your order, they say 'dispatched the same day' but that's only part of the story, the warehouse isn't UK based. The goods arrived 13 days after ordering.
To be fair the product is correct and as advertised, but while you're waiting you do wonder whether it's genuine or fake.

Misleading / lies regarding delivery
Misleading / lies regarding delivery. A week after buying items they are still not even with the courier and they won’t cancel my order and won’t tell me when it will arrive. The website clearly says they would be shipped the same day and a week later they aren’t shipped at all. Don’t use them. Despite a .co.uk website and london phone number they are not in UK pretty sure it is drop shipping

We do indeed advertise that orders placed before 10 p.m. will be shipped the same day, and we live up to that promise. After that, we are dependent on the carrier. Once the package is on its way, it takes an average of 5 working days for it to be scanned by the carrier and for the expected delivery date to become visible.

Firstly I signed up for emails to get my 10 discount but the code I was given did not work.
I was then given a second code which also failed. When I reported this to customer service I was told there was nothing they could do but that I would be able to use it on my next order!!
I asked if they could just refund the 10% back to my account but they refused.
The company claim same day dispatch of items, which is a great selling point, however this is another con.
My delivery took 10 days to arrive. Apparently there was a hold up with customs, though when I checked the tracking it was clearly still with them and had not been dispatched.
I felt that yet again they were not fulfilling their obligations and requested a refund but this was also refused.
I will not be ordering from this company and would urge others to also avoid them as they do not act on their promises, either with 10% discount put there to entice or with their delivery expectations.

Avoid 4 weeks & still waiting for order
I ordered 13 December and it’s now 10 January (4 weeks later) and I still don’t have my order. The company claim same day dispatch but this clearly isn’t the case as the tracking shows they haven’t dispatched to courier. The company has refused to refund me on several occasions. Would avoid and advise others not to order from them.
