Sally Parkes Yoga is an established yoga teacher training school based in West Sussex, UK. We offer predominantly online with a small number of in-person yoga trainings too. All trainings are fully certified and taught by highly experienced teachers who are experts within their chosen field. We currently offer 200hr Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Fertility Yoga and Yin Yoga Teacher Training.

Lovely an very informative training
In just one week Sally and her well chosen guests managed to fully cover all the stages of pregnancy, of Yoga during and after pregnancy and of the business aspects. No question remained unanswered. I feel well informed after the Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training.
Besides knowledgeable, the instructors were all very pleasant and fun to be around.
I highly recommend investing in oneself and doing this training.

The course was really well thought out and covered so much information. I feel really well prepared to teach. Sally is a wonderful teacher and made the whole experience so accessible and fun. She has a great support team around her, so there was always someone to answer any queries.

Fabulous Pregnancy Yoga Course
The course was fabulous, great information, fabulous classes, real in depth knowledge and experience shared among participants. The course was set at the right level, and was kept interesting all the way through. I would love to do more courses with Sally.

Sally’s 85-hour training was fantastic
Sally’s 85-hour training was fantastic. I was lucky enough to be in a small group of wonderful women who all had something to offer to the ongoing conversation. Sally included Kirsty (pre/postnatal yoga teacher) and Zoe (midwife) in the training who were both so full of knowledge and helpful advice - they added to so much! I am so happy that I made the decision to invest in this course. Thank you Sally.

Sally- an amazing teacher
Sally has an amazing teaching methodology. I have now done two courses and a workshop and it has been fantastic. Her knowledge in the field of pre and post natal is mind boggling. I would recommend anyone to do her courses.
