High-quality mailing list and excellent guidance
Francella LaGarde was excellent to work with. She helped us refine our mailing list and made sure we were targeting the right households for our needs. She was responsive, patient, and very knowledgeable, and she answered questions clearly so we felt confident in the purchase. Lack of transparency and trust
The initial sales agent did not explain the poor quality of contact expected from home phone lines or that the numbers were even landlines. I consequently was up sold and may have chosen to do something different. This is a poor initial interaction and unfortunately trust is gone, but I'm on the hook contractually for three months.

Misleading
I have just signed up. I am very disappointed in the wording on their website. It indicates you get email credits. That is not accurate with the plan they presented. I have received a little help from customer service so far. But I am very disappointed in what I got versus what I thought I was getting and what they advertised.
