Ripp-off and bad customer care
Ripp-off and bad customer care, made me leave this software company. Not only did I pay upfront the $1497 to get it all started, I also got promised the premium 1 year LinkedIn subscription to be paid. To my disappointment I never got that going and the customer support was not very helpful at all. In the end, I had to pay their monthly subscription on top of the sales navigator & did not get any leads at all as promised, the scripts did not work either and when I was reaching out to get help, I did not get the support to make it my money's worth.
Just a whole lot of disappointment back in 2021 when I was with them.
When I stopped the subscription because of it, the only response I have gotten from their consultant was, I understand your frustration & I like to help you, but I can only help you when you start up your subscription again. Which to be honest is a lousy way of trying to retain an already unhappy customer, as I got that response, it was for the nail on the head, to why I need to run away from being a customer with this software company, never again!
