We approached Sail Flags needing a turn around of 3 days and they were so helpful throughout the process. They exceeded our expectations, we got the flags on time and they look amazing! The team are all so lovely. Highly recommend.

Really helpful and friendly customer service through the process of deciding which kind of teardrop sailflag we wanted, and then the colour and format of lettering to go on it. They ensured the sailflag was delivered in time for when needed, and we're pleased with it. Also impressed with the environmentally friendly aspect of the sailflag and packaging, and the useful little video re assembly.

I bought 2 sailflags. I only had to send a picture of the design I wanted and the artwork was done for me. Very easy to erect and dismantle and with the exception of the water filled bases, it all fits easily into one bag including the spikes. The bag is light and easy to carry around and there is no hassle repacking. Response to queries was very prompt and I particularly like that all fabrics are made from recycled materials.

Genuinely amazing customer service. I was unsure exactly what I wanted (size and design) the team were so quick to help answer my questions and provided decent answers. Very polite & helpful. The flag has arrived and I couldn't be happier.

We had an urgent requirement for a 3.4m feather flag for a show. I spoke to Debbie who was excellent, there normal turnaround wasn't going to be quick enough but Debbie said she will see what is possible. I ordered on Monday and received the completed flag on Thursday ready for the show on Friday...... The product was well made, excellent colour matching and worked really well with a double side print. Great customer facing company with the right attitude.

Very nice company to deal with and considering they are made to order delivery was quick. The flags look fantastic and we will be out and about with them at events this summer.

Great sail flags, very easy to assemble and packs away for storage.

The flag was delivered on the deadline day despite the last minute changes to confirm the wording. Mark Boase was courteous, professional , helpful with advice & patient. The flag purchased is well made meets the expectation. Would highly recommend the service & the quality of the work.

Quick turnaround flag order, very helpful and responsive throughout. Sent with FedEx which is refreshing since they seem to actually arrive when they are supposed to. Love the fact that the flags are made from consumer waste/plastics. I most loved the fact that they dispatched it in recycled packaging though…who needs a new box after all. Love it.

The service from Sailflags was brilliant, they were always quick to respond and very accommodating. we purchased the backpack sail flags and they were of great quality too.

From start to finish, the process was quick, with excellent comms and the product is excellent.
The sailflag is made of recycled PET bottles with the option of a watermark on your flag. The product even arrives in fully recycled materials; all carefully protected. I would most whole-heartedly recommend.

Communication was absolutely excellent. I asked them if they’d be able to meet a tight deadline on my flag, which they not only were happy to meet but got it to me a day early. The flag is of outstanding quality and the print is great. Couldn’t recommend them enough
