I did the AI interview and uploaded my video but I am yet to get their feedback. Does it mean that my application has been rejected?

If you are true to the position you are hired for the process is a easy one. I was hired by a prominant company through Sagan, the process was a little harder because of the AI interview but it all pertained to my past experience. Thank you Sagan for matching me with the beautiful company that I am now currently employed with and a salary beyond expectations.

I ran into an error message while filling out my application but the team was really helpful. They gave clear instructions on how to start over and even followed up afterward to check if everything is fine on my end. Appreciated how responsive and kind they were throughout.

They make you do an interview with a very unclever ai robot that doesn't understand what you're saying abd they never give feedback

They are a fraud. They sent me an email saying I'm a close match for an open position and gave me an assessment to complete in 48 hours. The assessment was a whole project, and the requirements included deployment as well. First, they only asked for a Zoom video walkthrough and a deployed project link. Once I submitted my work and deliverables, they asked me to give them the GitHub repo link, which I did. After that, they sent me an email saying I'm not a fit for the role. This is the kind of email you send before the assessment, not after, they just wanted the free project.

fake. they interviewed me with AI. I have a good job. I interviewed with a human and had a background check. Keep your non benefit and fantasy job. I keep my feet on the ground and work hard to achieve goals. Not this misleading, condescending job interviews.

The worst recruitment agency. Don't ever ever waste your time with them. No matter how desperate you could be. After applying they sent u an email that you've been shortlisted then you do 2 minute introduction video plus AI interview that you put so much effort. They claim to get back to you within 2 to 4 days but will ghost you completely. Leave you with no updates for a month and more. You email them and they give lame excuses. Please please please guys don't give them a try other agencys

I would never recommend Sagan Recruitment to anyone as it looks doubtful the way its operating. This employment agency never discloses the client's name and the salary stated also looks doubtful. One doesn't get response from the client on the status of their application. I doubt if anyone has got a job through Sagan and if yes would like to know further directly from the candidate.

Sagan recruiting process is excellent.

The process is really fast and there´s a lot of opportunities open. The recruiters are really nice and make you feel confortable in the interviews.

Warning people. They are blocking me on review sites and social networks while ignoring me to give me any support. I've being trying to get in touch with them but they just ignore my messages. This is the support they claim to give after they are fully responsible of placing candidates on Scam companies? SHAME ON YOU SAGAN!
