I had called for a specific purpose and the call was attended to with exacting customer service standards. Appreciation of Chi for the excellent service offering customer satisfaction. What I would like to highlight is the value addition to the call and discussing points that would benefit the customer and that made the experience great.
I also wish to add that I had requested a call back via the website and received call without any delay the very next day. All best wishes to Chi.

I spoke this morning with Chi Cameron, as I had made an error on moving funds, via my mobile phone, from my Bank to Saffron Building society. I had made an error on my Saffron account number. Chi was extremely helpful, noted down the issue, and contacted the payment team. Within a few minutes, the issued had been resolved. I was impressed with her attention to detail and her ability to resolve my error.

I phoned Saffron because I received a text to say I had requested to withdraw money from an account I hold with them. I had not made any request and I wanted to make sure my money was safe.
