BOGOF is a scam!!! The company said Buy one get one free so I ordered it then I met my friend Josie a few days later who has dementia and told her it might help her depression. She isn’t totally gone, just short term memory at this stage so she said yes I want some. I ordered one ( and one free) on my phone (hers was at 2% charge) with her card and my address as she wouldn’t have known why it arrived. I received one a week later and emailed Kavari to say they only sent one, not two. I emailed 5 times without one reply. Then another arrived for Josie, I emailed again with no reply. So I rang paypal, they said they would write to them saying I wanted my money back, sure the paypal didn’t understand me, I just wanted the free ones for me and my friend. I even told Kavari that they would lose 3 customers as my son said if it did me good he would order some but they didn’t reply until I got in touch with Paypal and they must have told paypal they had sent us each one out ( instead of 2) and then they emailed me and told me to close the paypal account. I said I would when they sent me the two free ones which I never received. The day I spoke to paypal the offer was still on but paypal then declined my claim.

My order was duplicated due to their website not responding during the order process. I tried to cancel at the time, after I received 2 confirmation emails and before order was shipped. I got sent both orders anyway. When asking for a refund they wanted a 25% restocking fee and said it would cost €30 to €40 to send the item back. More than the item I bought. I won't be shopping with them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
They are Chinese, the goods are inferior and the colours not as shown on the website, the sweatshirt received was a royal blue when I ordered a powder blue colour. They also take 3 weeks to arrive.
You cannot return, their policy is only 75% refunds and you pay all the shipping and taxes….. more than the cost of the item!
A TOTAL CON!

Absolute shame, fake item of clothing, not as seen in pictures, 100% polyester and charged 40 GBP.

2. Partial Refund
Receive a 10% refund without the need to return the item. This helps reduce emissions and you may choose to gift the item to someone else.

3. Discount Code
Receive a 50% discount code for your next order.

4. Standard Return to Our Warehouse
The item must be returned to our warehouse in China to process your refund. Please note that this may involve high shipping costs (approximately €40 per product), as well as possible customs duties and fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

I only wish it could be no stars!
Ordered a clothing item for my daughter and what arrived was a poorly made, low quality, wrongly sized item.
Saffron-Lux have, despite the blurb on the website, not taken the item back at their own expense but have tried to scare me into keeping it by telling me it would need to be sent to China which would cost more than the item!
Obviously all wrong and contrary to consumer protection legislation.
I’m going for a charge back via my credit card.
I see I’m not the only one having these issues- don’t buy from this website!!

If you are thinking of buying from this company I would advise you use PayPal to protect your purchasing rights. I bought a denim shirt , took 4 wks to arrive as they ship from China and use a company called Relay. When it did arrive it was nothing like the photo or description. When I requested a return and refund ( which they say is easy on their website ) they refuted the claim saying it was exactly as described ( despite being wrong colour and design with photos provided ) and refused full refund . Offering a replacement at extra cost of 30%, or partial refund of 10% as they ship from China or a 50% voucher . Considering the sent item was not as advertised what confidence would you have a replacement at extra cost being any different. If I wanted to return the item i would need to cover the cost back to China . The name saffron-lux.com is just a store name set up under company character fashion, the payment goes to Berlin style atlier ltd based in China . Luckily I put a claim in with PayPal where I was able to get my money back .Shame I can’t upload pictures to show what was received against what was advertised.
