safeMedicate is well organised platform. I had a fantastic experience with it. The service was incredibly helpful, being it their layout, content and others are knowledgeable and supportive. I really appreciate how they made the process so easy to understand, and I am very happy with it. Highly recommend

I learnt too much about drug calculations just with using safemedicate

I had a positive experience with Safe Medicate, and I was granted additional time. My advice to all students is to prioritize practice.

The examples make it simple to understand The step by step information helped a great deal.

Is a good tool

Great customer support

We have been using SafeMedicate for several years as the assessment tool for the numeracy element for our UG Nursing (Adult) and Student Nursing Apprentices.

The software is very user friendly. It only takes one tutorial from myself and the students are able to use SafeMedicate with no issues.

The platform is exceptionally stable, and if ever we have had a rare issue, such as needing access to access particular module, SafeMedicate have always been very quick to make the adjustment via the Live Chat function.

As a University Teacher, I really value being able to search by user and monitor their engagement with SafeMedicate, and whether they have been utilising the practice tests that we set up for them.

Overall, SafeMedicate meets the needs of our staff and students, and is a usable and reliable assessment tool.

SafeMedicate is a user friendly platform which has a great support team when needed.

This is a great resource for students to learn about giving medications, but also to test their knowledge. It is also user friendly, and easy to set up assessments with great support.

I am a lecturer and use this tool across multiple undergraduate programs in adult and mental health nursing.

The ability to set up mock assessments that students can get automatic feedback on is excellent, and allows them to practice in a way I can monitor.

From a customer service perspective, the admin team are always happy to help and provide pretty rapid responses.

I have been using safeMedicate since 2018 for both pre and post registration healthcare professionals. It is easy to navigate for both faculty and students, and easy to set assignments and review student progress.

I have been working with Safe Medicate for a number of years. They offer thorough training for the use of the site which was extremely helpful. The Safe Medicate site is really clear and concise with links to relevant Guides.
The Customer Service is brilliant, there is a very short turnaround time between query and response.
Many times I have needed additional help with specific things which is always forthcoming.

Accessibility and quality of learning material

I think the system is fine and a majority of our students once logged in are able to navigate and complete the assessments as required. I believe that safeMedicate could be more appealing to a wider range of AHP / HCP if there were medications aligned to more specific clinical practice. I would be happy to consult on this far our Paramedic students but appreciate this is not an insignificant piece of work

Impressive overall, though it would be even better if it remembered your last position. I often end up scrolling through numerous pages when I need to pause or suddenly stop watching the videos. It's quite inconvenient. Having to jot down your stopping point because something unexpectedly comes up shouldn’t be necessary in the first place, right?

Where do I start? The website has zero responsive design features adapting to different screen resolutions, bad enough already but the website also does not allow scrolling when using drop down menus in order to click all options. Many questions during assessments are also left with massive blank spacing at the bottom to scroll through before continuing to the next question. Design of this nature is something no self respecting buisness should put out in the year 2025 or 2024 when I unfortunatley purchased. The login features are also terrible as you can easily force a sign out in the tab you're using which then causes no progress to be saved and today when attempting to log in on a different device my email and password which I confirmed to be correct would not work. Asking to email a link to reset also did not work with 2 attempts where I made sure to double check the address was correct. This is designed to teach those in the medical industry the importance of not making medication mistakes yet their whole product is made with little care. I wish I had these web developer's jobs where I could intentionally be bad at my job and still have one. Some of this may be excuseable if the content was decent but it is not. The videos have the same poor production with an automated narration which I quickly muted because reading each slide kept me much more sane. Each video can easily be bypassed by only clicking on it and not watching even a second of it, showing how little care is put into anything regarding this product.
