The customer service staff are extremely helpful and will listen to the needs and requirements of their client. The best thing is Knowing that the assessors which have been sent to our sites are ex Fire authority allows a stress free assessment on the day.
Their reports are informative, - full of information, easy to read, understand and they also provide quotes for any remedial actions which is competitively priced. I have just booked another 3 for this year. Extremely happy with their ongoing service.
