I am not and have never been their client, they have however totally ignored this and have repeatedly demanded I send them money for some spurious amount which is now £324.00. I have written I have rung them multiple times. I can only assume they are either totally incompetent or are some kind of a scam company. Steer well clear,

We were so pleased with the service we received. David, who came to our home for our pest control service, was extremely helpful and courteous. He clearly explained everything we needed to know. A special mention also goes to Meghan, who was an absolute pleasure to speak with and very helpful when we booked over the phone. We would highly recommend this company

Had my yearly pest control and termite check done by Luke Wilson ( safeguard pest control) today , wow his attention to detail and absolute thoroughness was outstanding, also found I was missing a check from a few years ago , took the time to check on this and found the information and reassured me it had been done, he is a gem and wil be asking for him again same time next year

Thanks to Cleve for his professionalism this morning and patience when answering questions about the product used. Thankfully he didn’t spray outside due to the rain which would have compromised the product but will return to complete the job when we have sunnier skies. Great communication from the get go with booking and updated texts and emails… highly recommend 😊

Firstly, the experience with the office when booking was excellent. Clear instructions on the process and a very fair quote. No problem at all when re-scheduling, and all info was clearly laid out in their friendly email. Cleve was our ‘Pest Man’

We had a great experience with Safeguard. Our technician Joe was very knowledgeable, explained the process and did a very thorough job at our house. Will book in again next year.

I chose them from several different ads as they were only ones who would trap and relocate if possible. It isn't always, of course, but I did like their attitude.
The receptionist (izzat the Woke term nowadays?) was so pleasant, informative, and helpful and I immediately felt I'd made the right choice. And you just knew you weren't going to be overcharged.
The technician who showed up was the kindest, most patient, and knowledgeable of all the firms I've tried since 1985.
He also reinforced my impression of honesty.
He sprayed through the house for cockroaches, silverfish etc., but knew very well how the old sprays were highly toxic. What he used is highly effective, and there is no smell or that 'something wrong' sense you might get if you walked through fumes from a spray booth or whatever.
He also checked for termites, and the barriers and has started the removal of some wall-banging ratties who moved in when the longterm resident roof python never came back after summer. (They were the reason I called in the first place.)
Unfortunately, relentless "development", i.e., wholesale destruction of habitat, leads surviving wildlife desperately trying to find new homes and resources.
Matt, the technician, even checked the fence perimeter and found soil excavation from some creatures digging their way in. This will be rectified permanently but for now, he's blocked the entries.
I found the price for the hours spent and all the issues, present or possible, that were attended to be less than I've paid just for one in years past.
I recommend Safeguard absolutely and without hesitation

I’ve used this company and others for years. I’m a renter but had a bad issue with ants last month so I needed something done. Joe was the complete Professional. He has sorted the issue out and I haven’t seen any ants since. I’ll be recommending Safeguard to everyone I know. Thanks again.
