Very unsatisfying experience
Very unsatisfying experience. I ordered a 14 day SIM card 2 days before departure to my 12 day vacation. I ordered the 14 day card via the website and immediately got a confirmation for a 7 day card for the price I payed for the 14 day card. This was not acceptable for me as the payed price for 7 days was way more expensive than the other providers I checked out. So I contacted customer service and they informed me there was a glitch on the website and if I wanted the 14 days I ordered I would have to pay a little more than 25% extra and they would extend the card they sent me. TBH I would have expected to do that on goodwill as it was a mistake on their end but I payed anyways. Few minutes later I got another email with another (different) 7 day card. Not what we had discussed and I would have preferred one 14 day card over two 7 day cards but I didn’t mind. Fast forward 7 days - internet on card one stopped working as expected. As I had good WiFi at the resort I was staying I didn’t need the 2nd card right away so I waited until the day of departure to active it and you guessed it: it didn’t work. So I overpayed heavily for two mistakes on company side. The eSIM itself worked well, nothing to complain about. I didn’t always have internet when my husband (different provider) had access but in general the actual product was okay.

Everything was like expected, there were no major problems. Qite good coverage.

Good overall, minor slowdowns
Used it for 10 days in Turkey. Setup was easy and it worked right after landing. What I really liked is that I didn’t have to deal with buying a local SIM card or searching for Wi-Fi. Everything was ready in advance, which made traveling much more convenient and stress-free.
