There was good helpful and rapid feedback from Clarisha and Candis to requests. Very satisfied with service so far. The only reason I did not go to the maximum numbers of stars was because I have not done the trip yet, just the booking.

Every part of our safari vacation was perfect
Every part of our safari vacation was absolutely perfect . Jolene was so helpful in putting the pieces together during the planning phase. We stayed 2 days at Kruger Shalati, including one day driving the Panorama route, then 3 nights at Lukimbi Safari Lodge. Both places were amazing and transfers were seamless. Cannot say enough good things about their service and the peace of mind they provide.

Smooth Planning Process
So far the service and communication has been fantastic. I've been exchanging emails since February and they always reply super quickly and are very friendly. The booking experience was flawless. I was initially apprehensive about even trying to book a safari, because August is the high season and we were less than a month away, but Izanne quickly curated the perfect trip that met the budget I had set. Izanne also demonstrated exceptional flexibility; when I requested a change to the itinerary, they quickly found a satisfactory alternative, and when there was a slight hiccup with our bank while paying, they extended the deadline until we could deposit the money.

Need doctor's letter of fitness for bush walks if over 65.
Very helpful with itinerary and excellent arrangements of transport from and to Cape Town, and Idubi in Sabi Sands and Lukimbi in Kruger. Although a rep for Safari.com said a letter from a doctor was not required, such a letter IS REQUIRED to go on bush walks if older than 65. Fortunately, we checked the reserve web site and had a doctor's letter.
