Very happy with SAE. Matt answering all my (many!) questions on what would be a fairly complex hybrid (on & off grid) system. Everyone who worked on the system did a good job, the installation was neat & aesthetically laid out. Have had it now for a couple of weeks and it's been working great!

Quote was very good unfortunately there was a delay half way through the day of installation had to wait a full week for it to be finished but guyz were good and admin staff friendly

Obtaining a quote & information about our options was very good with accurate, timely and honest information about the various systems and how they work. SAE Admin where very helpful & always replied quickly. There was quite a delay between signing and installation but the installation team were excellent. System is up and running, love the app!

Ive been wanting to put sola on our home for a few years now. Every sola person i spoke to tried to sell me on the concept of “CHEAP” you will save $$$ on your power bill, equipment and install will only cost you, $$$$ cheap cheap cheap.

Every time i looked into the equipment and re-searched the company etc the alarm bells went off.

Late last year i decided to revisit the sola installation prospect again. I reviewed a call from Simon (SAE Representative) We chatted on the phone, i outlined my previous concerns around the CHEAP - CHEAPER and LOW GRADE EQUIPMENT.

The next morning Simon and i sat on the veranda at home and designed a system around our needs, good quality equipment that was cost effect and fitted into my budget

Four proposals were promptly emailed back to me that afternoon detailing equipment type quality and pricing. Overnight research on the equipment, quality, reliability, manufactures and safety.

One further conversation regarding the equipment, decision made, purchase order signed. From 1-4 all quotes increased in price, i selected #3 one below the top price.

One’s home is one of the biggest financial outlays in life. Why would anyone consider cheap and i mean CHEAP low cost rubbish on their roof possible jeopardising their home and the occupants there in.

A great experience with the company on our solar installation. From determining the size of the required system to maximize our energy savings, throughout the installation process and the subsequent follow up service, we found SAE Group to be outstanding.

Sales Rep knew his subject however after accepting quote it was difficult to get him to call back when seeking additional information. Office staff were excellent and would return calls immediately if requested and were extremely polite and represented your company with distinction. The two technicians who did the install worked tirelessly all day without a break (despite being a very hot day) and are to be commended for their professionalism work ethic and politeness. The follow up from SAE after the installation was thorough and we would have no hesitation in recommending your company to other potential customers

The tradesmen who fitted the solar panels were professional and informative in completing the installation of solar panels. I also found the administration staff very professional in the manner that they contacted regularly to provide updates about the timing and process leading up to the commencement of the job. Cameron also provided a professional and comprehensive service in signing us up for solar and explaining the best options and placement of panels. Thank you SAE for providing such a attentive and streamlined service for my mum and I.

Salesman was understanding of needs, the Installation Team was professional and outstanding. After that admin pushed for final payment before system could be turned on or operation explained.

So far I am happy with the panel installation and the inverter. It has not yet been turned on but I am hoping to see it working well when the smart meter is installed. The workmen were very efficient and helpful with the questions I had. They replaced damaged tiles and have assured me the tiles are all OK.

A friend recommended you and I found your services very friendly with excellent information about your products. This included the best advice for my solar needs. Your prices were also very good compared to other solar providers. If something didn't go smoothly or as planned then you kept me informed or were apologetic about it which I really appreciated. I know nothing is perfect and mistakes happen. I would recommend your services to others.

The sales person ( Mark ) was compelling but the instillation team outstanding. The only issue i had was accessing terracotta tiles to act as a reserve resource if the original tiles fractured whilst panels were laid. Mark had suggested matching the tiles would not be an issue. It was. He was very slow returning my pleas. I was ultimately able to organize a match via Smithfield. It cost an extra $400.....and it was a pain. More help in this regard would have been appreciated. Do the sales people and the instillation team talk. They seriously need to. The friendliness and competence of the instillation squad sat very well with us. I would recommend SAE very positively.

The only down fall for us was the 8-9 week wait to have our solar installed (if we were told this before we signed the contract we probably would have chosen another company) apart from that everything else was fine .

Have been looking into solar for awhile and SAE group made the decision easy. They did not push finance or any other options just gave me straight up practical advice. The install went really well and ended up changing the panel positions slightly to harness the sun a bit better. Fantastic and clean install. Very happy
