Next day delivery, everything was perfect 😃 definitely come back for this company

Great support and good delivery / collection

Have hired from SAB a number of times, the most recent being for a product they don't advertise, a phone call to the team and a slab lifter was hired alongside a Wacker plate.
Delivery was within the aloted time as was pickup

Terrible service. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. They had no idea what was happening and have a terrible attitude towards customers. I will never use this company again as my experience with them was the worst I had in years.

Hired a Tower Scaffold 16th September. HSS delivered it. We finished with the scaffold on the 18th. Rang early 19th to say we would be in all day 19th and up to 12.00pm in the 20th. Went out as planned then received a telephone call from HSS at 12.10pm to say they were collecting the tower. We had left some bits behind the side gate which he could have unlocked but said he would call Monday the 23rd. Okay as we hired for a week. Got texts to say they were coming and didnt. Same the next day. Thw van was not far from ours and went straight back to depot. Husband called them and could not be bothered coming back. Now Wednesday no texts and called. Am I within my rights to dump them on the grass outside our property as we have told them the scaffolding is causing an obstruction on the drive. I need it off tomorrow. Never use them again

Ok in response to the reply we actually hired through you SAB. It is a bit disgusting as surely you are not happy about your customers being messed about. You should be making.sure that it is picked up when arranged. Been told 2.55pm pick up today. Not arrived yet.3.05pm Need motorhome on drive tomorrow so scaffolding will be outside tomorrow my motorhome wont be. Absolutely disgusting customer service.!!

SAB itself did well in its handling of my order & the delivery/ collection drivers were excellent, but HSS office seem unable to follow delivery instruction!

I ordered an Ali tower pre booked and paid for. When the day came no tower arrived, after a number of phone calls still never arrived. I’m now out of pocket due to contractors not being able to complete works and if that’s wasn’t bad enough. When I called the following week they thought it had been delivered. This was not the case and I have evidence this tower never arrived. I requested a refund. I asked the what depot it came from or who signed for it any pictures they could not provide me with any of this. My advice stay clear choose someone else to hire from.

Delivered and collected scaffold tower on the days requested, but the information about time of delivery could have been better. Many companies get the delivery driver to phone or text when they are leaving their previous delivery to give an accurate ETA.

Quick delivery and equipment was alright
however collection was a whole week+ of back and forth, and finally it came without any warning.

Sab supply gave a fast reliable service, also contactable by phone or email.
Would use again as they are reasonably priced too.

Horrendous company to deal with. Guy on the end of the phone unfortunately got the brunt of it.

Scaffold tower for agreed week, had a girl call the day before end of week to agree collection. Organised for Friday. No collection by end of the day, called up to find out what was going on to be told that the driver had been but could not see the scaffold ( on the end of the drive in a cul de sac, next to the road!) . Was told the GPS shows the driver in the area however he couldn't tell me what road the driver used due to the gps bot being uploaded to the system until Monday.... (.so how did he see the gps to begin with).

Was then told they would try arrange a Saturday delivery, got a message Sat morning to say confirmation of collection that day, moved the scaffolding back onto the drive, several hours later, another message to say they would collect the scaffolding Monday.

Joke of a company, don't waste your time, there's a reason they're cheap!
Do yourself a favour and use local scaffold hire, they might be a bit more expensive but they are organised and are helpful.

Overall the service from SAB was good and the staff who took my calls were helpful and polite. Problem was establishing delivery slot time which was advertised as being available to check from 8a.m on the day. Took four hours and multiple calls to both SAB and the company they had booked trying to find out. Arrived at job during last call only to find it had actually been delivered hours earlier!
