We had our sofa delivered today. From telephone advice, visiting the showroom and having our purchase delivered we've received a first class service. Will and Perry, who did the delivery, contacted us when en route, arrived when they said they would and provided a professional, friendly and excellent service. Very impressed.

The service in store was exceptionally good the delivery next day was also very professional. The two gentlemen Sam and Perry were polite, efficient and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend S2 Sofas for any of your chair or sofa requirements.

Just received our 2 new sofas.
Would just like to say that we are very pleased with the whole transaction. We were kept informed about delivery. The 2 lads Will and Perry were very polite and proficient when coming into our home putting sofas exactly where we wanted them. Would highly recommend this company as they were highly competitive with prices and the sofas are very good quality. Thank you very much to all the staff that dealt with our order.

We visited S2 sofas and were left to browse without being interrupted. The sales man was available as soon as we'd decided on the sofa. He showed us how the recliner worked and what warranties came with the sofa, he was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Perry and Will delivered the sofa and were both very friendly. They attached some floor protectors to the feet of the sofa and also showed me the sofa working again before they left.
From start to finish S2 sofas were fantastic. Lovely young men working for you.

Sam and Perry was excellent at installing sofas even came back in 5 minutes to check wires on sofa

Went to the showroom yesterday and was allowed to browse without any hassle but help was there when needed. Same day delivery by Sam and Perry who sorted us out brilliantly even sorted out protection pads we had. Would definitely recommend Fab showroom excellent prices for top quality

Visited the store with a friend and was looking for a sofa and chair. Met Sam and Perry on separate occasions and was really pleased with how friendly and helpful they were. Brilliant service from start to finish. Took the old sofa and installed the new reclining one. Sam and Perry were excellent and really efficient. Kept up to date with timescales of the delivery. Refreshing to see a company providing such a good service.

I cannot recommend this Company high enough. I was dubious about buying the sofa set online without seeing it but I needn't have worried as everything went very smoothly. The sofa set is stunning. I was contacted immediately after I'd paid with details of delivery etc. The delivery drivers, Perry and Ben, were excellent and a credit to the Company. They set up the furniture and tested the power recliners. They were very pleasant and accommodating. Do not hesitate to purchase from this Company.

Straightforward online purchase procedure backed up by information from the office team. G Plan reclining sofa purchased was substantially cheaper than list price. Only downside was 4 week delivery but it was worth the wait. Delivery team, Perry and Ben, arrived at time agreed and were friendly and efficient.
