Ryde Natural Health Clinic is a hidden gem in East Ryde. Every therapist is incredibly knowledgeable and you can be assured you're looked after even if you're seeing multiple people! Added bonus to have clinical Pilates on offer too. I am so grateful I found this clinic for my overall wellbeing.

I’ve had a great experience at Ryde Natural Health Clinic. I see Dr Evans for osteopathic treatment and he has been incredibly helpful with my ongoing neck issues and the random aches and pains that pop up from time to time.

What I really appreciate is how effective the treatments are — most issues are resolved within one or two sessions. Dr Evans is also very honest and practical in his approach. There’s never any pressure to book frequent appointments or commit to ongoing treatments, which makes me feel confident that the care is genuinely focused on what I need rather than unnecessary visits.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a skilled and trustworthy osteopath.

Wonderful Remedial Massage. Anna has made such a difference with regular 30 minute massages. All the knots in my neck and back are gone!

New to using the practice’s physios and have been really impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. Had used acupuncture and massage here before so was familiar with the way they operate in general. It’s fantastic how they operate 7 days a week and such long hours. So useful and convenient! Highly recommend.

Hank is an excellent acupuncturist. He is very kind and takes the time to clearly explain the methods he uses, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the session. He is extremely knowledgeable in Chinese medicine, and it really shows in his approach. The acupuncture itself was not painful at all—very gentle and relaxing. I highly recommend Hank to anyone interested in acupuncture.

Just had my final reset with Dr Jo for 2025, and as always I feel lighter and ‘back in place’ every time I leave her. And for the last 10 or so weeks I’ve been doing the group physio pilates sessions and I know I’m feeling stronger than at the beginning of the year. Oh and did I mention massage and acupuncture! Thank you to all at RNHC for keeping me upright 😀

Anna gave me a great massage - 30 mins on my upper body and feels like I was there for 180 mins!

The clinic has served both myself and my daughter who is an elite athlete for a number of years. We trust the practitioners and enjoy returning even though we’ve moved out of the area.

Dr. Kwan treated my painful neck successfully. He is very knowledgeable and is very approachable.
Receptionist was helpful. Amenities was good.

I have attended the clinic for Chiropractor and Remedial Massage practitioners. There are multiple practitioners, so if one is not preferred, there are others to pick from. I have found them to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Parking is easy as well.

I’m really grateful for the care I’ve received here. I came in with pain in my neck, shoulder, and arm, and the chiropractor (Scott Lee) has been amazing — very professional, caring, and patient.

The clinic has a calm and comfortable atmosphere, and the receptionist is so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

If you don't think much of chiropractors, I guess you haven't seen the amazing Dr Jo (Dr. Johanna McFadgen) at the Ryde Natural Health Clinic!
She starts her treatment with an amazing massage machine that feels like it was made in heaven.
Dr Jo then uses her Chiro little clicker that goes click, click, click on stiff spots. It is very gentle, which is great as I am only 10 years old.
I love Dr Jo's physio cream, which she rubs on my neck. It feels so nice and relaxing.
I loved my time with Dr Jo, and I am 100%, definitely, without a doubt going back to her.

Ryde Natural Health always delivers high quality service with a smile. I have been seeing Dr Ng Kuan for over a year now and he has helped with many sports injuries and strains. I highly recommend his servies.
