Mail in pharmacies such as Optum and…
Mail in pharmacies such as Optum and express scripts are able to accommodate my medical needs and medication’s with a doctor that I have found. I’ve never had any trouble getting my medications mailed to me until I went to this pharmacy. The same rules apply universally but somehow this pharmacy doesn't abide by those rules, they make their own up. Would not recommend.

Our Pharmacist-in-Charge did reach out to speak with you directly to better understand the circumstances and review your prescription with you. As a licensed pharmacy, Rx Outreach must follow state licensing and prescribing regulations, which can sometimes affect whether a prescription can be filled depending on the patient’s location and the prescribing provider.
These requirements apply to all pharmacies and are in place to ensure medications are dispensed safely and in compliance with applicable laws.

Procedures at RX Outreach need change.
Following rules spelled out by RX Outreach, used to be able to fill out form, send a check, with sometimes new scripts. Within 3 wks would receive meds.
For the past 2-3 yrs procedures changed. Now, form not accepted, RXO would reach out with robocall to let you know there is issue with account. You would have to be on hold, until you had to be placed for call at their convenience. When they called back, they didn't know why you were calling.
Numerous occasions, problems on RXO end that need to be clarified after order was placed. I paid by check because I did not want to give credit card. I do not trust them with it, because with every order there have been numerous errors, and consequently I would have to wait more than a month for my refills.

I cannot recommend RX Outreach enough. I was searching everywhere for an affordable option for a high-cost medically necessary medication that was desperately needed. I was searching everywhere and the prices I was quoted were in the thousands. This pharmacy was a total lifesaver. I want to give special thanks to Helen, who I initially spoke with and truly got the ball rolling for me. She was incredibly helpful, professional and made sure everything moved along smoothly. Marnice, was also very helpful when I called the following day, and let me know that all the information that was needed, was received and the order was ready to process. Finding this program was a total game-changer for me. I can't thank them enough or be more grateful for their outstanding service!

Your ordering process is terrible
Your ordering process is terrible. The ridiculous amount of time on hold was nearly 50 minutes. I also have a need for the very expensive GLP drug's, you refuse to stock any in your warehouse. I took 5 delivery attempts to get my primary prescription because FedEx is your default shipping option.

Our team also tried to reach you directly and left a voicemail, as we would welcome the opportunity to better understand your experience and assist however possible.
Rx Outreach focuses on providing affordable generic medications, and many GLP-1 medications are currently brand-only or subject to regulatory limitations around compounding, so they are not part of our formulary at this time.
For deliveries, we recommend patients use FedEx Delivery Manager to schedule or redirect shipments when a signature is required, which can help prevent missed delivery attempts. If you're willing to share more about the delivery experience, we would also be happy to review it with the carrier.

Listen's well, is prompt in placing order and in shipping out, order are accurately done have failed only once in 25 yearss with accuracy of order and correction was complete timely. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the refill information on your recent order. We understand how unsettling it can be to see “no refills” on a prescription label, especially when you rely on your medication.
As our team shared over the phone, we fill prescriptions based on the instructions provided by the prescribing provider. While that specific prescription number did not include refills, we do have additional prescriptions from your doctor on file that include refills for when your current supply runs out, so you should be all good to go!
If you ever have questions about the total number of refills authorized, your provider can also help clarify what they have prescribed. And of course, our team is always happy to review what we have on file with you as well. Give us a call anytime!
