I ordered a set of replacement hatch lifts to replace the stock ones and they worked great (I ordered 2" longer than stock to provide a 160 degree open. I will be ordering replacements for the remainder stock units. Thanks for the great price and value.

I have placed an order on August 1 and it has not shipped. I have attempted to contact your company via phone and email without any response. I am going to cancel my order. Your company is not responsive to your customers. Good luck staying in business

RV Parts had exactly what we needed. And the price was very reasonable.

I placed an order for a rv mattress on July 26th of which my credit card was charged and on August 2nd I emailed through the website to see what the status was and why the mattress wasn't being shipped. NO RESPONSE. On August 5th I sent another email explaining that I need to know why this isn't being shipped and if it is even in your stock as I am trying to sell this camper. NO RESPONSE. Oh and I forgot to mention that I tried to call during business hours before I sent the 1st email and wasn't able to talk to anyone so if I could rate your company lower than a 1 star it would be zero because zero help is what I have received. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS and I have no idea about your product since I haven't received anything but since you wanted me to rate my experience here it is.

Easy to find the part, order the part, and it fit perfect.

My order was canceled and refunded with no explanation. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for several days and have not heard back. Horrible customer service

I missed shipping window on day I ordered my trailer steps. I needed them immediately for planned trip. The CSR went to shipping department and made special request for same day shipping. They shipped that day. I received them next day,no extra charge, installed them, and hit the road. That was great! RV PARTS NATION will be first place next time I need parts for my trailer.

You showed you had the illuminated grab handles that I needed. I ordered 2 of them. You processed the order and then the next day, you cancelled the order with no explanation? Of course it’s going to be a 1 star review because zero stars was not a given option.

The parts came quick, and fit great. I was very pleased . I will definitely order part from them again.

Received my order quickly and it was the right screws.

Although RV Parts Nation was the cheapest I found the Customers service lacking if non-existent. I ordered and item and paid extra for UPS shipping. They lose items at a far lower rate the USPS. Well the items was shipped via USPS anyways. Thankfully it wasn't lost. The packing slip even said UPS in the shipping column. Apparently someone wasn't paying attention.
