We placed a second order for some headliner material to finish our project because we made a mistake and it showed in 2 days, great service, only down side it the shipping cost was more than the order. Not sure if this could be lower , but our error , so we paid the price. Still great service, easy to use web site, we will be back if any thing else is needed

What I bought was 2 RV baggage compartment latches. I chose this company after reading reviews on amazon. Turns out that THESE, not like on amazon, are totally stainless steel (only the springs react to a magnet). Add to that, this company didn't gouge me for shipping, sent thru USPS for $1.26. I'm surprised and very happy w this purchase.

Charged my card immediately for the items. Two days later I was notified that the money was refunded. Three days after that, I actually got the refund.

I sent them multiple emails asking what happened, why everything was refunded, and have not received a reply. I am being ignored.

At first I had a hard time tying to order new day night blinds but I sent a message and it solved the problem. So they are ordered and I get them when they are done. Thanks

Contacting them is none existent. They do not answer their phone and barely reply to the message center on their website.

I have no complaints... The transaction went smoothly, parts arrived very quickly and were priced better than the competetion.

My order was placed on November 15th as of December 26th it has not shipped. A shipping label was created but the product has not been received by USPS a week later. Poor communication, took my money quickly however that is where the service is stalled.
