Blocked withdrawals after winning some money
I deposited around $900 on Ruxbet and played mostly blackjack simulator and some slots. I never received any bonuses from the casino, yet after winning some money they blocked my withdrawals. Support keeps claiming I’m “under investigation” for bonus abuse (even though I never got a bonus) and “coordinated play,” which makes no sense for blackjack simulator.
I completed full KYC but they still won’t approve my withdrawal. Support repeatedly told me I would receive emails — I never got anything. The only thing they allowed me to withdraw was my initial deposit. My winnings are also my money, and I should be able to withdraw them.
I’ve been patient, but this has dragged on far too long - it has been almost a month now. Very disappointing experience and I cannot recommend this casino.

You received $10 via a promo code, which you initially claimed on three different accounts. Additionally, instead of enjoying our casino, you chose to misuse the system again by spamming dice and limbo to complete the wagering requirements. Therefore, you violated two rules, which means you are not eligible to claim your bonus funds.
Refusal for withdraw.
Site changed the wallets , I was not informed of that but after conversation with support got added 130 $ same sum as I initially deposited to the wallet they used before. After winning and withdrawing 1000$ got my account blocked and called a scammer. They were saying if they could get the money I deposited from the old wallet I would get paid out, but as you can imagine it never happened. Site owner says it was mistake that support added the balance to my account that's why they are not paying me out.
So they have frozen the 3715$ and refuse me to withdraw the rest of the sum STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE
Update on the situation.
Nothing has changed communication has been cut off. The amount mentioned is the funds left frozen in the account 3715 I still have screenshots from all the conversations the site everything. Support team has not come forward to inform or come to any kind of agreement from their side just cut off all the conversations.

During your conversation with our support team, you mentioned personal difficulties, including a canceled flight and a generally bad day. Out of empathy, the support agent chose to credit your account manually as a gesture of goodwill. While we acknowledge that this was a procedural error on our part, we had to pause the account once the mistake was discovered to conduct a thorough investigation.
Before the hold was placed, you managed to withdraw 10x the amount of your original "deposit." At this stage, we are still in the process of verifying the original transaction. These investigations take time, and we appreciate your patience while we ensure everything is correct.
Rest assured, if the investigation confirms that everything is in order, the remaining 2,715 will be released to you immediately.
