It's been 3 weeks and I still don't have my order. Will never purchase from this company again. Apparently they are from overseas and could care less about their customers

Rustypod created exactly what I was hoping for. They were easy to work with. The shipping was a little slow but in the end it didn't matter because it was a couple weeks before I could apply them. Kudos Rustypod.

Took a little bit to get here but it was more than worth the wait! The colors were crisp, the lines were impeccable and application was a breeze. I received my grandfather in laws old farm truck as a gift from my husband this past Christmas and wanted to pay homage to Grandpa Gerry and the ole farm truck and the decal RustyPod created was absolutely beautiful!! Was the final touch that brought it all together 🫐

I ordered a special personalized item for my 50 chevy tuck to honor my mom uncles business. From the second I ordered it I was skeptical that it was a legit company. Nearly waiting over a month and on the day it was supposed to be delivered it was sent back to sender because the address want valid. I paid for this with my PayPal account and they auto fill my address for my purchases. Rustypod was blaming me for inputting the incorrect address and even told paypal it was my fault. Ended up with a refund and no product. That's what I get from ordering from an add on Facebook. And here we go again. Rustypod replied to my review blaming me AGAIN for an address. I contacted them immediately after I caught their mistake and told them my correct address, like Sarah said that's all I had to do, AND instead of reshipping to my correct address I asked for a refund. I told them I would tell everyone I knew about my experience and that's what I'm doing.

Finally got to install it this weekend. Better than expected. I inherited my brother-in-laws truck after his passing, and wanted an homage to him.

first time ordering. poor experience. I wanted someone to call me the paying customer back regarding an upcoming project., Never called me back. I was hesitant to order, but i gave them a chance and placed a small order to see how they would do. result not good
They made the decal the wrong size
the funny thing is and i quote them" we currently handle customer service via email to ensure we provide detailed and accurate assistance.".
well that did not happen. since i was corresponding via emails and they still got it wrong.

Now they did say they will correct the size and send me the correct size for free and i can keep the wrong sizes. But now since they delayed me, now i have to delay my customer.

They screwed up again 2 in a row. you would think they would learn from their mistake. If they would have called me back but i figured they don't have anyone who speaks English. They did send out another set of signs. My Original size i wanted was wrong. so they send out another set for free. and that size was wrong. they said after i received the signs that the size would have been distorted. OK but they never communicated that to me until afterwords. This whole process could have been taken care of if they spoke english and called me back.

Email communication was exemplary but they don’t do phone calls to discuss project. Hesitant, I ordered anyway. I ordered 3 like images which should’ve been all transfer cut but one was contour cut. When I asked, they don’t follow up to see if the system made a mistake, the decals are printed elsewhere and they are just the middle man. (Backing paper says ovijet thegioimayin com and is Vietnamese it appears) Product is of poor quality-to be clear, it’s an image printed on clear inkjet paper so once applied, you still have the glossy clear (looks horrible on a patina vehicle). This is a printed image and scratches easily also-this is not “color through” vinyl.. If you’re looking for quality cut vinyl, find a local business. Yes it will cost more but you get what you pay for.

This is a great option for kids school projects or around the house but nothing I would put on a vehicle.

A good honest company that wants the customer to be happy. This is a on line company that you can trust.

Beautiful decals and very easy to apply. This company is top notch and I definitely recommend Rusty Pod for awesome designs and great customer service. The decals made my old 1970 C10 look plum saxy.

Like decals alot. Have to wait till it gets warmer to install them. Also like t shirts as well. Thank you.
