They are courteous, patient, informative, and prompt. As soon as they receive payment, they ship your products. We've had 3 shipments and saved so much money compared to what we'd pay at a US pharmacy. If you have any hesitation, please just email them. They were happy to answer our questions and even helped us with figuring out bitcoin payment.
