if you think that Delivered means delivered to me you are totally wrong. First of all I don't live in Chicago, as it is shown in ORD. If item was delivered, it should show next steps after "United States, ORD, Carrier processing, Delivered".

Again, I am not worrying about those 25$...

Everything is well generally, but I can recommend to the clerk/front desk to be more friendly. I completely understand they are just paycheck employees, but anyway

Easy way to order, payment was easy, too. And the products received are really working, it seems quality and no fake.

Nic and Sergei are great to do business with. Do not let their attitude deter you from buying. They do business in no-nonsense approach so you should be straightforward with what you want to buy. One time there was a missing item from my previous shipment but they shipped it along my next order.

Also from time to time they include bonuses and discounts with orders for their repeat customers.

Don't believe the movies where Russians are always the bad guys lol.
