I have run many races with Run through events my last race was the Newark Half Marathon I have never had any issues all seem to go smoothly and well organised
I would highly recommend them

Once again you have excelled this week end, Carsington was well organised and fully supportive. Having completed 35 races with you this year I can honestly say that they are the best organised ones I have done. Accepting there are certain teething problems at the new, first time races overall they run smoothly. The volunteers are exceptional and the paid staff are approachable when needed. Keep up this great work and I look forward to the next event, Media City, and reconnecting with all the friends we have made vis yourselves.

Paid for the ITAB for Love Rugby in July, but didn't receive it.

Have checked with their support team, but only get a reply but no further follow up.

Will not pay for that again.

This was an excellent event with fantastic race atmosphere and His Majesty himself making an appearance. Encouraging marshalls and a great medal at the end. Highly recommend!

I have run this race several times but the most recent Quayside 5k event was the best yet. It was great having enough portaloos which meant no long queues. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot my baggage ticket but was assured no problem that it would be safe with them. It was!! I absolutely loved the new route. Very well thought out. Looking forward to the next one.

Always enjoy RunThrough Events, they are well organised and Bedford was no different. Easy to get to with ample parking, plus it’s a good event to set a PB as it’s pretty flat and evenly surfaced. Well done to all at RunThrough 👏

Great for organised runs

I am new to running, completing C25K April 2025, I was so proud when I completed the Blaydon races this year, although happy with my time 43mins, I wasn't impressed with the organisation and it felt like a glorified park run.

In august I ran the quayside 10k with run-through and it was night and day, not just the friendly staff but the organisation was great, asking people to start based on run times, lots of helpers of you were lost or stuck before the start.

The medal was great, the t-shirt is a good one that I wear alot to the gym now.

I hit a PB of 44:59 and I put that down to the fact I didn't have to sprint past people a d waste energy, hats off to run-through, I'm already looking for my next run with them.

Everything was easy to find with clear signage. Lots of toilets so the queue didn't last long. Clearly visible staff with bibs. Constant updates were given before the event so the warm out and start of the race wasn't missed. Would have been nice with more stalls or entertainment as I arrived early and had nothing to do for a hour. However, on the whole a great first experience.

I like the Lee Valley track and it’s challenging, well organised

I have attended nearly 30 events with Run Through since 2021, and I am yet to be disappointed. My most recent event was the Olympic Park Chase the Sun 10k on 12th August.

Their mission statement, "to inspire active nations through running" says it all for me.

From the booking process, through to attending the actual event, everything is so very easy and so much great support is available from the friendly team, both online and in person. Events are held in such great locations too and, come rain or shine, the RT team work so hard to make each event a success. I've only ever had a couple of minor issues, and these were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I look forward to attending many more events.

I do a few runs with Runthrough, this month I did the 10k at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, it’s a good course and I managed a PB. The course was well set out, easy enough to get my race number. They also had a bag drop.
After the race I got a lovely medal and post race snacks. I’m really looking foward to coming back and doing this again. Runthrough runs are always well organised. Looking foward to Hyde park 10k in September.

The event itself was very well organised with good communication prior to the day and upon arrival. The event itself is still relatively new so it wasn’t crazy busy and there was minimal queuing for the toilets as is often the case at running events. The race is a lapped course but clearly signposted with drinks stations.

My only negative feedback isn’t of the race itself but the time of year it’s held. It was near 30c towards the end of the HM which caused a lot of people issue due to the heat. I’d look at starting earlier during the day or move the event altogether, to maybe spring or autumn.

Overall good but I’m not sure I’d do it again simply due to the heat making it exceptionally difficult.

There were plenty of helpful and important messages given over the mic as we gathered. The warm up was great and there were plenty of pacers available for all times (my pacer was 50 min). I do miss the flags the pacers used to have as they were so much easier to spot as you ran, but I was able to keep a steady distance from the pacer to get my sub 50. The goodies at the end were very welcome too to help aid that important recovery time. Loved the medal and course, will definitely be back again next year for a 3rd time!

Battersea Park HM 8th August.

Run through are very organised- send out all details in advance, event guides and on the day event is well signed and staff very polite and friendly.

However… the course is far too busy for the numbers running, especially when the 5km and 10km runners join the HM runners. There isn’t really enough space and it means there is a lot of congestion and people are having to weave and run around the outside quite significantly if lapping. It is also a bit treacherous getting the water then having to cut in and across people or just stop entirely.

It is great as a participation event but if you are wanting to run a faster time it is extremely difficult with congestion and lapping. Staying left isn’t really practical for the runners when the numbers are at this scale.

My humble suggestion to Runthrough to improve the experience would be to have more waves or a more staggered start if they want to continue with current numbers.

I absolutely love all events especially the Southport Seaside 10k & Altrincham 10k.

Good support, and the Marshalls were very supportive. Despite being 6laps, their energy didn’t fail, even when mine dropped!

Down side, not enough toilets!
I did the 20mile race and the queue was 10 long when I joined before my race.
When I passed on lap 2/3 the queue was almost onto the running route! Those waiting for the 5/10k and those already running needed those toilets!
Perhaps having a runners toilet somewhere else for those on route might’ve helped!

The run was seamless and very well organised, registered late so had to pick my bib up on the day and was straightforward and easy
All the marshalls were really friendly and encouraging
This wss my 2nd RunThrough event and im already looking to book more

RunThrough made my experience great! The running community and everyone involved made the day class! It was an amazing day and the event itself was organised and executed perfectly! Everyone involved, staff, Runners and peers watching! Amazing! Could not fault it!
